So many beautiful colors and shapes on your Phal blooms! The 13 spikes Phal and the white Stuartiana I think were my favorite. 😊
Thank you, and good choice, those are beautiful indeed. I never thought I would grow a Phal with that many spikes. It looks stunning when they all are blooming. Some crosses will make more spikes than others will. I had no idea that this one could make so many, so that was a great surprise! :D

I have this similar 'Phal Wall' but none of my Phals has flower. My dream is like this but the reality is so far away hahahha

Hi EJ, weer genoten van je prachtige Phalaenopsis wand, bij minuut 6.30 heb ik eventueel een naam voor je, 2 zelfs : kijk eens bij Spotted Harlequin, en Polka dots heb ik daar ook al bij gezien ….. Ik ben vooral jaloers op je prachtige Schilleriana….. Ik heb er ook eentje maar hij heeft zijn draai nog niet gevonden….. Ooit hoop ik hem ook te zien bloeien….. ❤
Dankjewel! Deze varianten zijn zo lastig te onderscheiden, er zijn zoveel met stippen.... Mocht je een directe naam hebben dan hoor ik het graag. De twee opties die je gaf zijn het denk ik niet, ze lijken er wel veel op. Nogmaals, erg lastig te onderscheiden! ... En ja de schilleriana is geweldig! :D Ik hoop dat de jouwe snel gaat groeien, dan volgt de bloei vanzelf!

I did an unboxing video not that long ago, where I did get 9 new Phals, summer bloomers. I will do updates on them now. Because know I do have a few more, so that is nicer for a whole video about them, I think. Thank you for the suggestion! :D
Your Phal-wall looks just great. I like Phals as there blooms are long lasting. I have the La Reine de Porcelaine too. Put it in the basket as it was cheap and I like the dark colours. Its currently in spike.
Another orchid I put in the basket bc special offer was Phalaenopsis (tetraspis C1 x Yaphon Surprise Happiness) x (michol. x mannii flava), a mouthfull of a name. When it flowered it turned out to be just a micholitzii (white with pale yellow tips)... cute but I wouldn't have ordered it.
Many years ago I saw a huge Phal mariae on 'Here...but not' (unfortunately doesn't post any longer). Had it on my wish list for quite a while till ll I finally found it. Still waiting for the first blooms 🤔Many regards!
Sounds like you have nice Phals too! I love growing them. And indeed, Justin is not posting anymore sadly. I watch all his videos! :D He grows them so well too. Maybe one day he will start posting again. Who knows…. Thank you so much for watching!

I just started my Orchid Journey! I did not realize how beautiful they were, until I saw my National Flower in bloom, which I never noticed until later in life, like a few weeks ago.
How wonderful! It will be a good journey, I already know LOL… But you might end up with a lot… :P I started with a few and the better the started to grow and bloom for me, the more addicted I did get. I love this hobby so much! And Thanks! :D

What a wonderful update! Your collection is so stunning. Can you tell me what the entire name is of the one with the coral colored blooms that part of the tag said "shin smart kingfisher"? I'm having trouble finding it online with only those words

I am currently battling spider mites and mealybugs on my phals, I've lost a few of my phals unfortunately. I saw in your video on pest control you use the orchids girl's oil recipe. Is that still working well for you? How often do you have to spray for it to work well? does it work as a preventative?
Yes, I still use it with great success! I do spray it when I do see that they have bugs. If they have bugs I just spray them and that is enough for a few mounts. Sometimes they do come back and I just give them a good spray again. I never use it as a preventative because I don’t like the oil on the leaves, so I only use it if I really have too.
@@TheOrchidSaGa Wow, it works for a few months after 1 spray?! That sounds like I should give that a try then! May I ask you which bottle of oil you are getting for the mix, as we are both living in NL?

how odd that one being called "La Reine de Porcelaine" (the porcelain queen), since porcelain is generally white and that bloom is deep burgundy.
That’s true! They still have them for sale I saw yesterday. So I did get it with a tag… It is a very nice color though.
My best video just has a baby pigeon no orchids visible 🤣
