Purple is the hottest colour of fire visible to the human eye, it's hotter than blue, which is 10,000 °C. So purple is hotter than that. Basically, Rudeus created plasma.

@@neon4255 Its more like, the Heat from Rudy's Purple Fireball was burning and drying the Air itself (remember the who climate around was cold and freezing, so there was probably a lot of moisture in the air)
Even the normal red fire is considered Plasma BTW.

My memory is that he's trying to blow air into his lung.
I thought he did that because his lungs were crushed. So he forced air into his lungs

Ostred crushed Rudy's Lungs, as a mean to kill him and also disable him from using Magic, as Mage in general needed to speak to use Spells, and crushing the lungs of a Mage make it impossible for them Chant a Spell.
Which is why Incantation-less Magic is rare and special.
that's essentially what happens when you drown, water doesn't fill up your lungs, it's your own blood exploding from absorbing so much water that you suffocate.

Curiosity killed the Rudy
According to Hitogami, the three curses of Orsted are:
-Hated and feared by all living beings
-Cannot go all out in a fight
-Cannot be seen by Hitogami
Cursed children and Blessed children are pretty much the same. It’s a phenomenon when one’s mana is being abnormal. Being cursed or blessed just depends on if the abnormality is harmful or beneficial
I guess that makes rudeus also a cursed or blessed child, cause the dragon seems to know a lot of stuff (not to say everything) about everyone, but he said paul should only have 2 daughters.
And with Rudeus's amount of mana, i could imagine him being cursed or blessed.
Or the dragongod simply didnt know about him, cause he's a reincarnation.

Some important info that you may have forgotten: In the first episode that Rudy met the man god (ep. 9) he asked him if he was the one that brought him to that world. The man god told him he couldn't do that, and that the dragon god "is better at that sort of thing."
Laplace lore we know so far:
Laplace is the Demon God(4th in world power ranking) who lead a war against humans 500 years ago. Ruijerd was the speard leader who led his men in Laplace's side. Laplace gave them different spears to replace the ones they're born with (as tail). Even though other Speards were hesitant, Ruijerd ordered his men to take that gift to show loyalty towards Laplace. The spears made them insanely stronger but at the same time they were losing their mind and killing anyone they see. They even killed their own family. Ruijerd's son used his last bit of strength to break Ruijerd's spear. That's how he broke out of the curse. Now he uses his son's spear. Anyways, 200 years ago Laplace war was still ongoing. 7 heroes including Perugius(currently living in the floating castle) defeated laplace and sealed him away. Only 3 of the heroes survived but we only know Perugius's name so far because the stories Rudy's parents used to tell him only has that name in it.
In this episode we find out the spears also transferred laplace's hate/fear curse to the speards green hair and that's why the whole world hates or fears them. When the curse was stronger in the past, it even effected other races with green hair to some extent.
Orsted said he might be at par with laplace then even if rudeus is not completely at par with laplace he should be then strong enough to get into the rankings right?
@@Arya-_-_- What Orsted meant there was that he is on par with Laplace's mana amount.
This might come into topic in a conversation in season two.
But there's something else that comes in play regarding strength in the MT world that hasn't been explained YET.
@@Arya-_-_- Rudeus has a mana pool as large as Laplace. So theoretically he can get as strong if he manages to learn all the magic Laplace knew (Wait until Rudy goes to magic university that Roxy recommended). But true power doesn't connect to world ranking whatsoever.
In the novel during the Millis continent arc we find out that the ranking monument was made by Technique God 4000 years ago. It includes him and 6 other people that were strongest at the time. But the monument doesn't update automatically by sensing power levels. It only updates if someone beats one of the 7 powers in a fight or if 2 of the 7 powers fight each other and the lower rank person wins. Otherwise whoever succeeds the world power (As next "X God") gets the ranking by default even if they're stronger/weaker. For example, Orsted is the strongest but inherited rank #2 from the previous Dragon God. He'll stay number 2 until he fights and defeats Technique God. Similarly, Rudeus can get on the ranking only if he fights one of the 7 and beats them. The magic monument wont just sense his power level and put him on the list
I see makes sense then what if novel rudeus(stronger version of this rudeus with more skills and magic) fights anyone in the rankings? Would he win? How much can he handle against orsted then?

It happens in the novel, and with a magic armor that was created specifically for him, Rudeus can beat the lower ranks of the seven powers (meaning 5, 6 and 7) but is weaker than the top 4.
Orsted specifically is literally unbeatable, but he would have to be more serious against Rudeus
I'm pretty sure it was left out in the anime but the spears of the superd actually grow from their tails. Superd's are born with tails and when they grow up they fall off and harden into their spears. That's why when Rujierd first told Rudy about them getting tricked in the war he said something like "Spears are the Superd's soul", and "This spear was my son". Because his spear is literally the tail of his son. I don't know if that made the curse easier to transfer to them, but maybe their close connections to their weapons played a part.

you are right the spear are superd tail, but at some point laplace tricked the elite soldier of superd by giving them another spear which is stronger but cursed, (which is transfered from laplace curse) eventually the superd become berserk cannot differentiate friends or enemy because of the spear, ruijerd killed his own family and son, thats why now he wield his son tail/spear
@@noobgamingchannel5122 That's not a spoiler, that was all explained in part 1 by Rujierd. My conjecture was that weapons mean more to the Superd than being just tools, or else why would Rujierd say "Spears are the soul of the Superd tribe". And that that connection was what allowed Laplace's curse to be transferred to them. Or else if it was so easy to transfer curses then wouldn't Orsted have found somebody to transfer his to?
La Place led the Magic Race in a war against the humans a few hundred years ago. Perugius and other heroes sealed him.

Poor Ruijerd got the worst matchup. Still, of course, Ruijerd is incredibly strong. While he's not a swordsman, he is equated to be at the level of a North Emperor swordsman.
Eris' voice actor deserves an award for this, if she didn't deliver it the way she did it wouldn't have been the same. Like that shit hit me emotionally when she was begging for help, and obviously Orsted's VA is Nanami from JJK/Jigen from Boruto and Overhaul from MHA and is unbelievably amazing. But they depicted fear better than 98% of other anime, and the animation, music, scenery was incredible.
Yeah Rudy was dumb AF, if he just shut up he wouldn't have had to get healed because Osted was walking away because he "Couldn't do anything about it right now"
Hm not even Dragon God know why the Mana Disaster happen.

This episode left me speechless I even had tears in my eyes because I didn't know what was going to happen with Eris and Ruijerd. Honestly that's just great writing they managed to keep that suspense the entire time, even after Rudeus saw the man god
Laplace is the sealed demon god, I think he is 4th place on the tablet of the strongest. So rudy's mana level is disgusting, and he is still like 12.
I think he's 13 by now, or will soon be.

Mana levels are determined early on in childhood, so Rudy's won't change from now on.

@@ichigokurosaki8470 No, the book said that mana levels are determined at birth, which is what's commonly believed in that world. What Rudy discovers is that training during ages 2-5 can increase your level.
No one else knows this because normally kids don't learn magic when they're toddlers, let alone train intensely. But once you're outside of that age range, your mana level doesn't change throughout life, and this is true for Rudy as well.
7:38 remind me of rem from re:zero season 1 when they fight against betlegeuise.. the dying rem + all of her limbs twisted and broke, slowly moving towards subaru with the last strength she got and even cast a spell to free his mind
It only clicked when I read it myself, Rudeus uses wind magic in the first instance to create air to breathe since his lungs were crushed. This little detail that isn't explained but only puzzled together is insane.
His lungs were fine, but his diaphragm (muscle that contracts lungs like an accordion) was crushed. It's pretty much where Orsted squeezed him.
Honestly i expected the fireball to be animated different, but besides that it was beautifully animated.

9:00 Actually, no. He has his son’s spear, which wasn’t cursed. The curse was explained back when Ruijerd was first introduced, just not in full detail until this part of the story. Laplace transferred his own curse onto the spears of Superd warriors, and that had the side effect of driving the Superd wielding those spears into “berserker mode”. Ruijerd’s curse was lifted when his own son broke his spear in self defense, so he took his son’s spear, both as a reminder of what he’d done, and as a replacement for his own spear. But the hatred curse still lingered, just without the berserker side effect, until it started to fade away when he shaved his head(because that was the trigger for the curse’s effect due to Laplace also having green hair).
Well, last time you were asking why rudy was replaced by the sky in the ending, orsted just answered, he's not supposed to exist.

Laplace is a very powerful demon God with green hair that led a war against humans, tricked the Superd, was eventually defeated, and temporarily sealed by three heroes including the guy living in the flying castle Perugius who is a famous dragon (same race as Orsted)
The Superd were given new spears that contained curses which made them feared/hated and made them attack EVERYONE, including their own families
About the green hair having curses...
I don't think it's ever explained but I just thought of curses being able to latch on to ANY kind of item, spears, hair, helmets etc.
I think it's cool for Rudeus to be able to sympathize with the guy who just murdered him
He isn't someone who would hold a grudge against Orsted
My understanding is that green hair is cursed because it's a trait that comes directly from Laplace, who is cursed. It's not a trait that occurs naturally.
Also, there were actually seven heroes who sealed Laplace, but only three of them survived the battle.

So what happen is (how Laplace transfer the curse to the Superds)
(I don't think this is a spoiler it explained in episode 9 part 1)
when the Demon-Human War happen a few hundreds or thousands years ago, Laplace is the Demon God who gather his allies in the Demon Continent to wage war against the human.
Laplace use the Superds to attack the human, first he give them demon Spears which have his own curses. First the Superd refused to use them, they have their own Spear which is their "own soul weapon", but those Demon Spears was the betrayal of Laplace against Superds' loyalty.
----> this lead to the Superds' bad reputations of madness that the curse place on the weapons, they start to hungry for battle. The mere thought of bloodshed brought them joy, they were attacking both allies and foes and were lure home to kill their own family. Ruijerd's son was one of the victim but his son save Ruijerd by giving him his own Spear. This is why Ruijerd as a leader of Superd have such hatred for Laplace.
Bless and Cursed, they are like buff and debuff, both sides of the same coin.
The Man-God said he is "good" and Orsted is "wicked", then explain the curses make everyone hate Orsted. This show that it has nothing to do with morality, but more like effect.
If everyone hate Orsted, then being "good" mean everyone like Man-God as an effect. I can tell you as Skyrim player or RPG player, this skill is so good to abuse like get big discount or make people trust you because they like you and despite how bad yours actions, everyone still like you.
Similar to how Nobles in the past "helping" the people on the surface to be seen as a good guy, but behind the scene, all the bandits, gangs, drugs and more all have theirs backing and they got big benefits from it.
Or in the case of Wuxia, Swordman Wuxia for example, the master of the main character always show to be a "good" guy, but in fact he is the biggest scum in the whole series, even willing to kill his wife to gain power at the end all for his sect, but actually he just want power.
Always beware of people being "good" since that is just the surface, even today's society.
Orsted knowing Eris and Ruijerd is not as simple as seeing into the past and future. It’s much more complicated than that.

Just a heads up, the anime is following the LN and not the manga and season one of the anime has covered the first 6 volumes. But I would read from the start because there is lot not in the anime from the novels.

Laplace and the dragon king must be the two greatest apotoles I think, now call me crazy but I have a theory that one of Ordsat's Abilities or 'curses' is to be able to know who someone is and their abilities just by hearing their voice. He asked if it was Superd and also he did not pay much attention to Rudeus until he spoke a word, and when he couldnt identify him by his voice, he was intrigued and began to ask about him and his family ... Magic often works by similitudes or connections, that is called "sympathetic magic," if Laplace could find a perfect clone of himself, he may have been able to transfer the curse, so i guess he settled for a bunch of people with some similitudes to himself
The curse turned the supards into crazy killers, so it makes sense Laplace suffered an even more intense curse, thats enough reason to want to transfer it to someone else
Laplace made cursed spears and gave them to the supards, because they are born with bone tails that fall off and become their spears, so they already have a closer connection to their weapons, and it was reasonable that it makes it easier to transfer the curse
3:29 Paul is only supposed to have two daughters Norn and Aisha. Orsted can't see Rudy's life because Rudy was supposed to be stillborn. The MC was reincarnated into a dying child and it changed everything. The world is a far different place if Rudeus is stillborn.

in the old day there was like 5 or 6 worlds, hitogami came form the void and kill the human god and took his place, he kills the first dragon god wife and then the dragon god destroy 4 wolrds the survivor went to the human world, then hitogami make the generals betray the dragon god and whit his power the dragon god send his son orsted to the future so he can get revenge from hitogami. laplace is one of the generals of the dragon god, but he is not that important or powerful

"Dragon god", "technique god" etc etc are just titles given to them because they are basically as powerful as a god. They are still just mortal beings though.
The top half are immortals and the bottom half are mortals, it's just power level

Watch the episode in which Rudy meets Human God for the first time again. There's some information about the Dragon God there. Basically, Human God suggests that it might have been Orstead who brought Rudy to this world because he's better at it than the Human God.
Also, I just noticed that in the credits of the previous episodes we could see different scenarios with Ruijerd, Eris and Rudy. But what is weird about them is that Rudy is "invisible". IMO these are Orstead's visions. He was watching the Dead End team for a long time but he could not see Rudy because he's an "outsider".
If you combine those two pieces of information we can conclude that Orstead might have resurrected Rudy (for whatever reason) and he killed him on accident. He didn't know he has just met his "summon" and Nanahoshi was the one who realised that it might be him because Orstead didn't know anything about the boy.
Won't say too much, but you're not too far off with the second theory. It's quite a bit wrong, but the concept fits.

The Laplace that Orsted mentioned is the Demon God who led the war against humans about 400 or 500 years ago. He was defeated and sealed away by the Armoured Dragon King Perugius and some other heroes. Demon God Laplace has the most amount of mana and is possibly the most powerful mage in the world. So being compared to Laplace is a serious compliment.

Maybe the mangod is Laplace but not sure,and dragon god both apotoles and they have the skill that makes them knwo how is going to be the future of some creatures...and they are just enemies after something we dont knwo...that is why `mangod` tells Rudeus about the future....but cannot do the same with Ordstad and the same with the people form other earths and that is why they know each other and use their pawns to follow the course of a Final fight that will decide wo will beat the other one...thats is maybe why they work at a different way but with similar abilities,hehe call me crazy

Orsted is the 2nd strongest being (Dragon God), Laplace is the 1st strongest being (Technique God) and 4th (Demon God), the reason he had both title because he split into 2 person. Orsted can't see future (kinda), instead he can loop his life like subaru from re:zero.
