This entire disaster smells fishy. Not a single celebrity lost their home. Last year, Maui was creating a plan to have a smart 15 minute city. A lot of stores were owned by locals who refused to sell to big companies. I do not trust the elites, and I just have a problem with all of these “coincidences” about this disaster. I am so sorry to the people who lost everything and loved ones. My heart breaks for them.
Did I mention the emergency (high ups) people were the same ones that oversaw the Vegas shooting? 👃🐟

Also, I feel that sooo many deaths could’ve been prevented if Maui County had used those wonderful emergency sirens that they have. They do a test run every month, but they failed the people on this day, the worst possible emergency that could occur. I will miss Lahaina, I started going there as a child in the seventies, with my parents. It was a wonderful little historical town.
One of the most liked comments talked about how the mayor of Lahaina (or the governor of Hawaii, I forget which) was talking about making Lahaina a 15 minute city, right before this happened. The comment is now hidden.
I am deeply horrified by the loss of so many beautiful people. I am sending much love to Maui.

I came to you via email after I lost everything in the Bushfires that ran through Northern NSW and you offered no support to me and my small daughter. I reached out to you for help, after we lost everything. We left the house with just the clothes on our backs. Yet you didn't even care or offer any help or support or share my GoFundMe account. Now you are willing to help all these people. I have supported you for so many years and purchased your ebooks. Yet you discarded what I was going through after fleeing the fires. Really disappointing that you didn't care enough about me and my little girl.
Why is it her responsibility? What happened to you is sad but in no way is Ellen responsible to put you on her platform. She does it for you she has to do it for everyone that asks. Same thing happened to us in Paradise CA November 8th 2018 Our homes were leveled to ash but most of the trees were still standing houses, steel buildings turned to ash, cars, trucks flipped upside down but still the gas tanks were still intact, We were hit so back in Paradise 11.8.2018 by Directed Energy Weapons looks the same as Paradise did, Maui, looks to be the same MO, as Paradise, Fire was. Cars burned out even the glass windows some of the cars in Maui had large holes in the hood of the cars and trucks looks like a Direct Energy Attack to me but trees next to the cars still had leaves on them. This in my humble opinion is another attack on our towns, Agenda 21 burn the people off the land and take everything away from them. The Winds came up soon as the fire started right? Just like in Paradise and many mountain communities in Northern California, Prove me I'm wrong. Learn what's happening people our towns are under attack none other than by the New World Order People taking everything away from us, burning our towns down. As someone who has lost a sweet 12 year old nephew to a fire.. the absolute devastation we all faced and how traumatizing it was trying to move forward. And knowing the complete chaos and uncertainty during the situation these people faced, not having immediate help to try to rescue their loved ones, not knowing if you yourself was going to live. Watching your entire life burn. I haven’t been able to stop crying. I can’t do much financially but my heart is with all of them ❤
I feel so sadly for everyone who lost so much, we lost everything when my daughter was about to turn 5 and I mean everything with no insurance due to a fire, the generosity of the community we live in was the only thing that gave us some hope, thank you for doing this, I will donate to every one of these

There is something really suspicious about this disaster. Why haven’t any celebrities lost their homes yet every single local lost theirs and soon after “powerful people” trying to pressure them into selling their homes and properties… Feeling so many emotions for these people right now. I worked there and all most of my coworkers lived on that street and are now homeless. They are staying with friend and the managers. The owners of PFM are really great people and I know they will take care of all the employees

Thinking of you Ellen, your family and friends and all the people of Maui. I spent a summer living at Lahaina 17 years ago, I worked at Feast at Lele and at the Sheraton hotel in Kaanapali. It was the most beautiful summer I’ve ever had and now years later I am heartbroken to see what has happened. My heart goes out to all the people affected by the fires. I dreamt one day I would bring my little family (from Ireland 🇮🇪) over to see Maui and lahaina to where I stayed. Now I am heartbroken to see the town destroyed.

I visited Lahaina in 2018 and it was probably my favorite place I’ve ever been to. I pray the Lord would bring healing to this land and would draw all those affected to Himself. There is hope in Christ alone ❤️🙏
I lived on Maui for many years and met my husband and started our family. Moved back to the mainland but went back twice a year to see my family. My brother in law works in Lahaina and was lucky to have made it out alive after going room to room asking vacationers to quickly leave. He stopped at a beach not far from Lahaina thinking he would have to ditch his car and jump into the ocean .. we now live on Kauai and am so heartbroken. I have so many fond memories of beautiful Lahaina and can’t stop crying… it’s just devastating. 😢😢😢😢

my friend recently bought a home in Lahaina and was renovating it, working locally. she lost everything. she and her boyfriend managed to get out with her two cats and her wallet. she's not native, but fell in love with the community and fulfilled a passionate start to her career in marine biology. my heart breaks for her and for everyone.
I live in Missouri USA and I’m infuriated that I’ve seen 4 things about this tragedy…4! They aren’t talking about it like they have the Canada fires, I don’t understand! Not saying the fires in Canada are just as important, just saying I saw it everywhere and this , I haven’t.

I feel truly heartbroken for the lives lost in this horrible disaster. It is unimaginable that so many peoples lives were taken away in minutes, hours, of wildfire. A phenomenon that I had no idea could take place in a city structure. It is truly horrifying.
I think many of us that are following you, feel some sort of attachment to Hawaii, so it hurts on a real personal level to hear and see what has happened to the islands and its people.
I have been to the beautiful islands in 2014 and just told my family the day before the wildfire, that one day I will show them Hawaii. We live in Denmark, so we are very far away, but hopefully some day I will be able to show my boyfriend and children the nature and culture I fell in love with almost ten years ago.
Until then we will be trying to help from afar with donations.

I have heard that people lost power in their cars and couldn’t get out of their cars, and I have heard that the water was shut off and that provisions are being denied if they are not from FEMA and Red Cross. Can anyone confirm this?

Blown down live power lines during red flag warnings started the fires just as they have many times recently in California, Oregon, Nevada etc. It was predictable & preventable.
These fires were started intenionally just like the Canada fires, Greece, Sicily, Paradise California and so on. Wake up everyone. They are after all of our land!
