We have been working in this estate from the year 1990. We worked under someone named Nirmala Weerasamy. She didn’t allocate EPF/ETF for us.
Thereafter in 2015, another owner bought this estate. He too did not give us gratuity, nor EPF/ETF. There are problems up until now. We have received 3 letters, the last letter said to vacate the house if we do not return to work within 15 days of receiving the letter.
