On this day three years ago (Nov 22, 2015), I uploaded my very first Undertale Megalovania remix. Two years ago in December of 2016, I wrote Dark Darker Yet Monster. It's been a while, and I thought it'd be a perfect time to revisit this melody, now that Deltarune exists and Mr. G man has been brought up again \( • ̀ω•́ )✧ I don't know where the voice samples are originally from, I've just had them tucked in one of my samples folder for years and have been sprinkling them in my tracks whenever (ex: DDYM, Dust). The Man behind the tree is not only Gaster, but also the Knight. Firstly, it's refered to as "the Man" strangely how Gaster is referenced in Undertale. The Man gives you an egg. Why an egg? Why specifically an egg? Translate egg to Wingdings. You'll get a hand going left and two hands going up. That's how the Knight moves in chess.
I used to listen to your music all the time when undertale was really in its prime. Deltarune will hopefully revisit those good times, and I’m praying for a remix of Lancers Theme!

That's what I've been thinking too! I don't know if there's any actual connection, but it does seem to make sense, since there's a possibilty Gaster is involved. If Chara's implied to be in the game, so will Dr. Gaster. (But, it's also possible that the Fun thing could simply be a coincidence or an Easter egg.)

the dialogue of Gaster here is so cool because you’ve used different parts of it in different remixes. they’ve kinda been put “across time and space” like that, but in this song it comes all together, just like Gaster himself.
It's truly amazing just how much personality the community has given Gaster, considering the scarcity of actual in-game interaction. Still, I can't complain about such great music and art!
I LOVE how creepy the first few seconds are, before it shifts into high gear, DETERMINED to get you invested into the song, as if it were an EXPERIMENT to see what you can do. The pace switches, going from smooth, to suddenly hard, then a drum and base section thrown into this. The CORE of this song, however, is the fact that the song wasn't VOID of creativity. Most Dark..darker...yet darker...Remixes are simplistic. Then, you come along, AND CHANGE THE GAME. Now, that is something I can definitely respect. A simplistic soundtrack consisting of four piano keys, turned into a great song that sounded nothing like the original, aside from the few piano key strokes. Then, dark..darker...yet monster popped up, shifted the game again, and re-imagined the dark...darker...yet darker song once more. No longer was it high paced drums upon an epic bassy behemoth, along with great high pitched notes. No, it was an original. And then, Entry No. 17 is made. Suddenly, everything shifts, the ones in the past tell an Underlying tale of how your music evolved over time. I don't know how you do it, but I LOVE IT! I am glad I discovered you a while back, but I don't know how to support your work, aside from liking and subscribing. But, there are donations, and commissions floating around. Sadly, my wallet is dry, nor do I want you to make a song via my influence. I want you to do what you want to do. I want you to have fun. I want you to enjoy what you create as you share it with the world. After all, if you didn't like your own work, why would it be on youtube? You already like your own work, which proves you have greatness, aside from the music itself. I remember when Deltarune just came out and I saw this video. The artwork used is so perfect, the music is amazing as always, and that feeling of mystery behind Gaster was back after years of getting used to him. Can't wait for the Deltarune's future chapters, we are getting one of the best indie games ever

I feel that if Gaster was in the game, his fight and personality would be all about controlling everything (complete control). It seems fitting because we ( the fans) gave him the power of multiple hands, and he is a genius, so he would want to control all aspects of a situation. I just really wanna be like him: a scientist, proper, and a savior of sorts by building the core.

I love dark darker yet monster, it used to be my favorite song. This song is a true work of art and is so much fun to listen to. Threw a few breadsticks from Korea, probably landed somewhere in the Pacific....

Is it just me or do these remixes just keep getting better and better?
Also, am I the only one who kinda misses when Shara would show several different works of art instead of just one? I thought it was a great way to promote those talented people and also add a little more pizazz to the song as a whole.
