Historical wrestling according to Fiore dei Liberi
Here is a short recording of our wrestling classes in historical fencing. We interpret and explore the first master and the first student with the corresponding counters in freeflow. The whole thing is then of course also implemented in the longsword. But more about that later.
Fiore teaches the basic principles of wrestling in a didactically fascinating and detailed way, so that he always goes from the basic technique to a counter technique and then explains the continuation. This way we get into a wonderful chain wrestling, which explains the always same techniques from the most different positions with the most different weapons.
