Top tip, don't pour grease and fat down the sink. Doesn't take much for the fats to solidify and create a blocked and smelly drain. Simple hack is to use paper cups, and when the fat solidifies just put it in the bin(trash). You can also add some kitchen roll or toilet tissue inside to soak up any liquids.
My Mini literally saved me some $$ when I got snowed/iced in at work. Although I didn't really get to cook anything ( warm up mainly) I got to have breakfast and lunch in the room I stayed in. Most of my meals were already prepped so I was heating and eating biscuits, gravy with sausage, soups and ham n cheese sandwiches. Chili etc.
Sop up the excess sausage grease with a paper towel and put it in your trash. Never pour it down the drain. When it cools it will cake up on the walls of your pipes. You will have a huge mess.
I love ❤ the MyMini Noodle Cooker! Recently bought 2, 1 for the Van and 1 for the Motorcoach. Here's some great tips: Lodge Silicone Handles fit onto the MyMini Noodle Cooker Skillet handle (I place a small flat Popsicle Stick INSIDE THE SILICONE to sturdy it up). Makes it much easier to use without getting your fingers burned. Also, the SOLO STOVE POT 900 is a perfect fit for more food volume and it fits perfectly on the Grill plate. Lastly, the small mini Lodge Cast Iron Skillets also work on the MyMini Grill plate. Even a mini Melting Dome works great for Casserole style baking on it! I'm presently looking 👀 for a mini Wok to fit on it! 😂, I LOVE THAT TINY LITTLE THING!
The mini looks very interesting... May have to get one & try it for myself .... BUT ...!!!! 1.) Didn't anyone tell you to NEVER but NEVER pour Any type Grease or Oil down the drain coz it will clog your pipes with a semi solid sludge you will have to call a plumber to fix ... 2.) Never pour Sause or Bacon grease out at all , save it in a small glass jar in the fridge for making Breakfast Gravy , the best tasting gravy ever .... 3.) To make a Better Scrambled Eggs & Sausage you should have One , cut your sausage up first , then whisk your eggs together with a tablespoon of water Then pour over your sausage & stir up together Then put lid over to cook & you will have a much better product for Breakfast .... Not busting ur stones any , just trying to enlighten U with a couple friendly tips ... 👍👍👍👍👍👋👋👋 Like I said , interesting Mini , not a bad video review, not a bad video at all , basically great job ...
I think I'd be on the hunt for a heavy duty plastic camping fork.. or the smallest flipper you can find... using a metal fork in Teflon is bad... You'll be eating the C-8... But other than that.. pretty cool
iam old old old school .. you use that grease for tatters n eggs n toast ohhh man my grammy would paddled me good for wasting the grease . gramma goat stories aside I got one of these cooked two meals with it and spot on for 260watts on solar
I cant stand right now due to a foot injury. I used this on a cutting board on my lap to cook diced potatoes, ham, onions and cheese. It is a lifesaver!
Be careful using metal utensils with the non-stick surface.
It won't last long with all that scraping.
The minute I saw him poking that fork in the pan, I knew he didn't read the instructions 😮

Came to the comments immediately after seeing that. Apparently there are people that don't know not to do this.

Nice! Glad you had it and food!
Have to look into it. As well as a small wooden utensil for cooking in non stick cookware.
Have one for my camper. The low wattage lets me run it off my battery bank or generator. It's pretty good and a good buy.

Wally World has the miniature sized SILICONE kitchen utensils: Spatula, Spoon, Knife, Tongs, etc. @@jiujitsu2000

Great for a work site canteen.

My daughter made dumplings in mine. I love it.
Mini Meatloafs cook up nicely in it too. Just line the Skillet with foil for heat control then add your Meatloaf mixture. 👍
