There’s nothing more sad than an older woman, who should be passing on some semblance of class to the next generations, all painted up and dressing like a tart. Or worse, getting “cosmetic” surgery and looking like something in a fun house. You’re not holding onto your youth, you’re just confirming that you haven’t learned very much. It’s heartbreaking. Your true beauty is in living a life that shows dignity and character, while still enjoying the life God gave you. Even if you haven’t been blessed with what someone else has, (a little coin in your pocket, a good looking guy, beautiful kids) you can still have that true beauty. That’s why I kind of fell in love with what I see in Ashley Tisdale. Beautiful inside and out.
