If you work out for real, if you actually push yourself and achieve your limit every single session, you leave your comfort zone every time and that will make you grow mentally as well. Be careful of relying on one exceptional skill when you are younger. If you are the richest person in your high school make sure you still pay attention to your physique and your social skills. When someone is exceptional in an area it is common for them to neglect their other skills. One common example of this is the gifted child in grade school. The get into junior high school and they have never learned to study. So they are just barely able to maintain their grades. Then they get to high school with no studying skills and they flunk a class or two. The class was hard enough they needed to study but didn’t know how.
