Most underrated Barcelona player of the 21st century. Xavi and iniesta deservedly get lots of praise. Deco should be in the same sentence. I’d argue he was more exciting to watch, and possibly is top out of the three. Very artistic and smooth player who directly led his clubs to championships.
Iniesta was coming off bench when Deco was there.

Different players different styles
Honestly, Deco is my favourite player of all time. Don't judge me. His dribbling was incredible, his shooting range was perfect. He could find someone in the box from his own half. He was just an incredible player overall, shame he gets no recognition.
Deco was a beast. Sucks that nowadays kids never saw him play live. Specially the FIFA kids, since EA never gives this amazing players good stats to begin with.

Lifestyle choices was only his problem and Ronaldinho brought this in FC Barcelona. Deco was a star but Ronaldinho was his bad influence. That's why we had Iniesta and Xavi. Spanish players who are so exposed to different styles of football. Because as young children they were taught to study the best in the world as they played and interacted with them.
