Hi Raveena, you can use plain flour or bread flour and wash the starch off to get the gluten. I will be making a video showing this method very soon, in the meantime this video is helpful: ruclips.net/video/pVL43XD_c4U/видео.html. After you get the gluten from the flour, you then blend it up in a food processor with all the 'pork' seasoning, wrap it up in parchment paper and then tightly wrap with a muslin/cheesecloth. Then you can either steam it or simmer in water for 1 hour. Hope this helps!

Why not make your own food names for it, there is no vegan meat, fish etc.. Why even reference to that if 1 is so against meat eating, makes no sense at all !

I saw other video that they washed the dough to separate the starch and gulten. Yours reicipes do not need washing off the starch??
Washing the dough is another way to get gluten. This recipe uses Vital Wheat Gluten so no need to wash. I hope this helps.
