I experienced Errrotless Being for nearly a year while writing a book on awoman who communicats with Angels. I did'nt call it Efffotless Being at the time,, this was 15 years ago, I jusy knew for sure I was doing nothing when it came to writing the book. The funny thing was once I came away from writing the book, back to normal life so to speak, Effortless Being would disappear, then back to the book totally effortless again. The book, by the way was a big success. But once the book was completed Effotless Being appeared to disappear.

In the beginning when I signed the contract to do it I was confronted with numerous problems, so much so I said to myself 'Ah fu-k this this I can't do it, it's not going to happen and then something so powerful stepped in, I think I've heard David describe if as 'Divne Grace' and all problems just disappeared and everything became effotless from dealing with publishers, doing interviews, doing research, it was as I knew what the outcome was going to be and I was always right. An amazing experience. Good luck to you Andy and your channel.

There is consent here that a human experience is happening.. however, I have no knowledge or memory of that consent as an individual, human or otherwise!
I like David Bingham but he's absolutely wrong about panick attacks, in fact to me it's offensive. Anxiety attacks are part of our survival insict out of control & this is the kind of thing that worries me about non dual philosophy. I'm sure for anyone having had one of these attacks would not deny there existence. It is not useful to put this out in public !
The whole movement of consciousness seems very deceptive to me… if there really were a “me”… this “me” would have opted out of “this” whatever “this” is!
Consciousness is ot real, it's simply a reflection off the surface of it's Creator empty Awareness.All duality arise in conscioussness, including, òf course, me.
