It because her first damage is scale by max Hp of the target, it reduce just like DHS item
Yes the 5% max HP dmg to creep is heavily capped as compare to hero like Alice who deal % max HP to creep as stated in the skill.
Most hero have such capped but Cici is heavily capped for some reason. E.g. gusion % lost HP still only deal X00 even though lord is like 10k HP and below.
Alice and Lunox against lord is like > 1K at its cap minimally.
@@condor1234 dude i already know the reason why damage is capped. My question is why is that thing still being used as jungler when there is such a heavy cap on the damage to monsters. It should be obvious during day 1 cici can only be used as exp
@@christopherhu1851 I tried in hero and 10sec in I just abandon Cici in jungle. The dmg cap is just a huge turn off. Hahaha the clear is way too slow.
I enjoy her in exp and gold for fun. Jumping around wasting enemy time as a tank Cici is so much more fun den farming 24/7 and trying to keep up in gold.
@@condor1234Cici skill 1 is heavily capped because dev don't want Cici to be a Jungler...not for some reason, I know this because I went a discussion with the balancing devs, he simply don't want Cici to be a good Jungler, that's why she is capped that hard, and also given extra 20% damage on minion
If you really hope Cici somehow shine or buff, just play her more in Exp, so he could figure out how to buff Cici as the data become more from original server.
Cici is op as an exp laner with vengeance and tank build. She hard counters teriz if played well i feel like.
Not really even if so terizla utility is a lot better then her and don't forget his dmr reduction and spell vamp.
Congrats, you can kinda "counter" terizla and even then he can still ult your backline so he's still useful. She has a use, but still not that strong or even close to op

Zane, you misunderstand the true placement of Cici just like you have with Yin, she is able to control the movement of slow and fast heroes, unabling heroes with fast movement to run and punishes them by having slow teammates.

Kinda agree with Zane here.. Cici is so fun but she is great only when the enemy don't have hard lock down CC..
Cici can be easily killed if she gets caught in enemy CC.. bu man...Cici ricks if the enemy lacks CC or if her team have good set roomer or a great support.
The build that I prefer for her(and is pretty good I think)
Boots(depends on enemy)
Hunter strike
War axe
Bloodlust axe
Brute force
Last one either dmg or immortality

Hear me out here... She is balanced, she is hard to catch but her damage is not that much .. we are just used to heroes being mad op when released and then getting nerfed to oblivion to become barely used. She is fine as an exp laner she has her games just like any other balanced hero.
She is one of the strongest exp laners rn , late game she can take any mm or mage .’, easy to chase enemies and hard to catch her and more importantly she has a decent spell vamp while she is only walking ( first skill )
Cici is annoying af once you're in here range her mvt speed and spell vamp need a little nerf I tried many heros in exp lane against her and even terizla and Daryoth couldn't stand a chance 💀 only heros than can one shot like saber could kill her if she didn't go full tank build

Sadly even if you build her perfectly, the damage it just tickles. Its not even like claude where he barrages you nonstop and the damage is felt.

Moonton said screw OP hero on release meta let's make a garbage hero until his banished to the shadow realm then buffs and nerfs, but nerfs more of course, on the real though she is somewhat fun to you and got good mobility her damage is just non existent, Antique Cuirass Lvl 2 is enough for her and she will only tickle you, her skills are not unique at all she's mostly a downgrade brody for the most part

She is very bad as a jungler . She doesn't even have a skill to help with retri.
She can be used as an exl laner against certain compositions . She can dive to backline and chase low hp enemies easily. She needs vengeance to play aggressive. Her dash cc is low so she is mobile . Also she can 1v1 most exp laners .
Her problem is in teamfights. While she can 1v1 a fighter like yu zhong, terizla or thamuz , in a teamfight they are much more useful.

Her 1st skill range is so short, she just gets rekt. Extend that skill a little and she’ll be viable but at the minute, she’s no good. XP Lane too, Jungle sux, although I can see her being a good fighter tank with the right build and that regen. Haven’t tried her in that role yet though.
