I think this is why having an iPhone is useful talking about your kids phones go into their chats, typing keywords, like smoke, snort or specific drug names if those don’t come up, you shouldn’t be in all of their conversations they do have some privacy There is a chat search feature without going into the chats. I do think everyone even kids have privacy.

I was on 24mg and I’ve titrated down to 0 (8days ago 😰) over about 2 yeahs. Please let me know how I can talk to you guys, at least for research information purposes as there is a few major floors in the program here in Aus and I wonder if you adhere to the same rules and regulations etc..
a good way to get past addiction is to learn what makes us happy as animals, having good people around us, eating good food, walking snd moving the body, not just gym or running but even stretching and shaking and walking and any movement can help, the hormones and chemicals we have inside us change how our mood is, herbs and supplements like pine pollen, magnesium will help that and also loads of fruit and fresh air and being outdoors
I really wish I had the resources to come out to Southern California. You seem to be one of the only doctors in the entire country that gets this. And the only one who seems to care about the patient, actually listening to them. I've been on 30mg valium daily for almost 20 years, Dr retired and the new one, you already know the story. But I'm honestly someone who needs this medication, I don't fail drug tests, pill counts and have always taken as prescribed so I can function. I'm a mess not medicated and absolutely can't function. How can I get my dr to see I'm better off on it than off? I'm in Ky/Oh, where the pill backlash is the worst. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi doctor b I live in the uk and I’m currently on 600mg of pregablin a day and zopiclone all from my gp I have copd and diabetes type 2 I’m worried because my breathing isn’t the best should i stop the pregablin first? Thanks
This is very interesting. But the theme of crossing boundaries has been around much longer . In the same area. , I wonder if medical records & real time monitoring of certain medications happens other than Australia . I see the good side of this but I sure have seen the other side too .
Please docter b its life or death situation for me i used xanax for 3 weeks . 0.75 than 0.5 than 0.25 i was having body aches through 2 weeks i didnt know its the withdrawl. I took another 0.25 mg i got better . And than my symptoms become worse i having every withdrawl symptom hallucination nerve aches brain zaps sensor chages . I was suffring for 9 days i improving a little my docter want me to taper for one month but im horrified of kindling or i will exeprience more please help
Chad, you need to talk to your doctor and slow the the taper if it helps. I can’t do much ethically unless you were our patient. If in southern ca come see us. Good luck. Don’t make decisions without a doctor

I do believe that parents crossing those boundaries of a kid who grows up using drugs can be deeply harmful.
