The explanation was great, I enjoyed the quick montage of steps at the beginning, and I especially liked the commentary from Elena. Really great work! The only suggestion I have is just technical. There's background humming for the audio in the first half of the video. It's very quick and easy to remove. You can just search something like, "hum removal" or "noise removal," and most editing programs come with those filters. It's also usually best to record with just one type of microphone rather than two. But those are just small production tweaks. It was an engaging video and I'll definitely be making mustard!
