INGREDIENTS
1pc carrot sliced into strips
1pc potato sliced into strips
1pc red bell pepper sliced into strips
1 can green peas
1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
600g pork liver sliced into strips marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and ground black pepper for about 15 min.
2pcs chopped onions
chopped garlic
600g pork belly sliced into strips
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
2pcs dried bay leaves
