yay that’s so exciting!!! don’t worry, it’s totally normal to be nervous…it may take you some time to adjust at first, but I promise it gets better. Remind yourself that it’s your first year and you have your whole life ahead of you to run….in college and even beyond :) focus on enjoying the process and the journey…and not putting too much pressure on yourself to run specific paces/times. Remember why you love running and have fun with it. I know change can be hard, but running in college is a great experience. I’m so excited for you and know you’ll do amazing.
