Wish my battery was good enough to start well in gear haha. I bought a new battery but apparently a 24hp requires a bigger one than Blain's offers from there shelf's.
Buildin a mower myself here in southeast mi! Still got a ways to go yet but jus finished the pulley swap the other day. Going to weld the diff an delete that governor next.
Good luck with that, these mowers are a blast! Get a good weld and take care of the diff, that can be the death of a good rear end. They do make lockers for them depending the model of your rear end. I am gonna bring my Tatertot back from the dead this spring and doing a locker to the 820 in it.
Well no orv trails? Here in Michigan as long as you have the proper permits you can ride mowers with safety equipment in place. Like a spark arrester and helmet, and kill tether.
too bad my drive belt litteraly slips off every time i try to drive my mower. and it slips like hell. got any suggetions on how to fix it? 1985 john deere 212
I have a build video section on our page, I always recommend any mower/garden tractor that has a one belt drive system, and has 4 to 6 speed transmission. I am currently building a wheel horse, and I truly think it's gonna be my favorite.
Sorry you feel that way, we are using gopros now to stabilize the film. I know our early videos now I have a hard time enjoying compared to our recent stuff. When we are out back trailing it is about the only style of cam to do since tripoding and having a extra to just film would take away from the experience of trailing. Do you have an idea how we can improve, I appreciate you saying this in a respectful way!
Bad azz I just subscribed pretty awesome 😎 mud mowers
Thank you! Thanks for subscribing.
That is a muddy mower!!!

sounds like either something is not on right, miss aligned, not the right belt. Or just need to make some belt keepers.
Thanks for the ride! I subbed.Want to build 1 for swamp romping Fla and south Ga.where were you riding at?
This is our property in Michigan, I am actually from FL, was born in orange park. I have only known MI though.
This looks fun now I need to build one any advice?

@@MowersGoneWILD sounds awesome can’t wait to see it. Thanks for the tip I’ll check out the video.
How much does it cost to build one of these
Not really much all you really need is some threaded tires so about 300
This has to be a red neck thing where you do a 12 pack first then go mowing 👍
Your motor or your battery is really unhealthy cause it was stalling out so much
I dislike this style of helmet-cam videos. They are distracting and difficult to watch.
