If you want to expand your lung capacity, take up playing the saxophone or trumpet. When my sax playing brother took a lung capacity test in phys ed back in high school, he blew over a litre more than the 2nd place guy. Most of the class were football, basketball, weight training gym rats. My brother's only exercise was playing hockey once a week.

Many people nowadays who want to make a book, hire a company which helps - you tell your story - they write it, with the help of an editor etc. It is actually a great idea for you - you have many stories to tell, you could also share more about your past, your childhood and upbringing and so on, if you wanted to. Also, you would be able to make some money off of it which is never a bad thing - considering that later years are coming for you. Many people would buy one!
