I just used your advice with the baby wipe and Dawn for my white multicolor. Worked great. I just wouldn't do the coconut oil near the leather because it will stain.
Hello, I recently purchased a pre-loved LV neverfull Damier Azur bag which is in need of some cleaning (yellowing) and I came across your video. Do you think the bluing shampoo will really make a difference in the whitening? I have Dawn soap to try first, but if you think the bluing shampoo really makes a difference I will order some. Just dilute it with water and test a very small inconspicuous area first. Just don’t use magic eraser or something abrasive on the canvas because it will rub off the squares. Would you let us know what you find out? Thank you for asking. I love the Damier Azur print❤️

But this being canvas makes it soo much safer from staining and it’s super durable. My lv neverfull gm is my most used lv bag..😍 I can’t live without it. Those were amazing tips! Thank you Jen! I had a quick question for you... I recently bought a pre loved monogram artsy and I noticed that on the sides there is a part of the canvas that is peeling. It’s hard to explain but essentially the monogram logos are actually lifting off the canvas. It’s maybe a one inch section on each side where the bag slouches. So I got to researching and decided I would apply Fieblings Resolene which is a clear acrylic coating just in that section to prevent it from getting worse. I haven’t done it yet but wanted to get your thoughts since you have researched how the canvas is made! Lol

@@jennifersulucio I just cleaned up the bag, it turned out great but I have some issues with the strap I think it will be easier just to buy a new one. The canvas though was perfect and super easy to clean up.
@@jennifersulucio I used a leather cleaner that I had from honey leather and for good measure a bit of saddle soap. Cleaned up the entire bag evan pulled out the basso. I conditioned with honey leather and then I hate to admit this. I use armor all from the automotive section on the coated canvas. Since it is a plastic coating I figured it would work and I got it from another u tube person Hunter. It worked really well for my monogram so I used it so far so good. I think the strap had some dyi dye job or really bag bleaching it was a preloved bag. Totally love the print color and everything about the bag.

Hmm. I’m not sure. The canvas is PVC so doesn’t need hydrating like leather but the Louis Vuitton vachetta leather is best left alone and doesn’t need hydrating. Let me know your thoughts! And thank you for watching!

Dimitra Zarp Hi! Thank you so much for letting me know! I just used the Wet Nap wipes to wipe away the dark oil stains and dirt from where my hands had stained the vachetta (where I always hold them) and they still look cleaner and not dried out either. No I didn’t condition the straps.

Hi Jess, I just checked and compared the ingredients in each of them and they have differences, so just use Dawn or if you use Palmolive, only use it if it is super-diluted in water and then try it out on a small area that isn't noticeable if your Damier Azur gets damaged. I haven't had to clean it again since this filming but my guess is that as long as you don't use something physically abrasive it will not rub off the Damier print. So just gently spot clean your beautiful Damier Azur bag only if you see it needing some TLC! :)

Great video! Be careful using coconut oil on your bags, I learned the hard way. If it gets cold out, it starts to resolidify. It leaves big white streaks on everything as it cools.

@@imeldagarcia519 Good question. the Damier Azur canvas is a base of this light blue color and they add the white squares on top of it. So the risk of any cleaning agent, it that the white squares will be removed.
Isn't it?! PVC is ubiquitous so whether we use our Louis Vuitton bags or not, we are going to be exposed. I even thought about selling all of my Louis Vuitton canvas bags and pile all that money into a nice CHANEL leather, but then the leather is made from an animal...so I thought, UGH!!! just keep the Louis Vuitton bags already. Try it on a little non-obvious area of the multicolor and let me know!
I would not recommend this on multicolor :( -- because multicolor was screen printed on -- I don't think it was actually part of the canvas hence why the LV print wears off first on that versus a traditional monogram piece... but I could be wrong :X
I don't own LV or luxury bag but I clean my bags with baby wipes my son used to vomit a lot he had an accident close to my bag and I didnt have anything to use other than water wipes so I tried it then it worked 😁 so I been using water wipes on everything lol oh and my house never run out of coconut oil I use as moisturiser 😅

I have a bath/scrub/exfoliate every 3 days 🤩 and once every 3 to 4 weeks I hot oil my hair peanut, avocado, or coconut oil. 😍❤🥰 all organic 😁 my secret thats why I look younger or should I say less wrinkly that my other friends who's younger than me...

I think the strap had some dyi dye job or really bag bleaching it was a preloved bag. Totally love the print color and everything about the bag.

Hmm. I’m not sure. The canvas is PVC so doesn’t need hydrating like leather but the Louis Vuitton vachetta leather is best left alone and doesn’t need hydrating. Let me know your thoughts! And thank you for watching!

Dimitra Zarp Hi! Thank you so much for letting me know! I just used the Wet Nap wipes to wipe away the dark oil stains and dirt from where my hands had stained the vachetta (where I always hold them) and they still look cleaner and not dried out either. No I didn’t condition the straps.

Hi Jess, I just checked and compared the ingredients in each of them and they have differences, so just use Dawn or if you use Palmolive, only use it if it is super-diluted in water and then try it out on a small area that isn't noticeable if your Damier Azur gets damaged. Hi! That makes me so happy that this was useful! I haven't had to clean it again since this filming but my guess is that as long as you don't use something physically abrasive it will not rub off the Damier print. So just gently spot clean your beautiful Damier Azur bag only if you see it needing some TLC! :)

Great video! Be careful using coconut oil on your bags, I learned the hard way. If it gets cold out, it starts to resolidify. It leaves big white streaks on everything as it cools.

Isn't it?! PVC is ubiquitous so whether we use our Louis Vuitton bags or not, we are going to be exposed. I even thought about selling all of my Louis Vuitton canvas bags and pile all that money into a nice CHANEL leather, but then the leather is made from an animal...so I thought, UGH!!! just keep the Louis Vuitton bags already. Try it on a little non-obvious area of the multicolor and let me know!

I would not recommend this on multicolor :( -- because multicolor was screen printed on -- I don't think it was actually part of the canvas hence why the LV print wears off first on that versus a traditional monogram piece... but I could be wrong :X

I don't own LV or luxury bag but I clean my bags with baby wipes my son used to vomit a lot he had an accident close to my bag and I didnt have anything to use other than water wipes so I tried it then it worked 😁 so I been using water wipes on everything lol oh and my house never run out of coconut oil I use as moisturiser 😅

I have a bath/scrub/exfoliate every 3 days 🤩 and once every 3 to 4 weeks I hot oil my hair peanut, avocado, or coconut oil. 😍❤🥰 all organic 😁 my secret thats why I look younger or should I say less wrinkly that my other friends who's younger than me...
