Pls how practicable is the suggestion to negotiate with the illegal squatters in the video IF you will let them know that you're yet to purchase the land but you intend to do so?
Im not a nice person when it comes to squatters they are garbage . Ive had to deal with them before and it got very ugly fast after having them legally removed they came back . So me a few people went in told them to leave again 3 of them pulled knives on us ,,, so we started busting all of their heads open after that they didnt return to the property. Im a firm believer that squatters should have no rights to land legally purchased by someone .
Plz less try hard to teach all generation to know the important of farming a special from elementary levels, I think we lose a direction from the past ,white people are the one who take right direction
Great investment but also stressful when you‘re not there to look after it yourself, there‘s always someone with an eye on your land.
So in this case, dont only buy a land but, try to do something. May be goat farming just to help keeping your land.

That’s not true as most farmers are moving towards organic farming.
