Everyone who’s not American Googling Fahrenheit to Celsius every 5 seconds during this episode
Thank god for google assistant, made that searching a lot faster lmao
😅😅😅
My partner is American and I’m Australian. I constantly have this struggle since he lives in California when I talk about weather or even USD and AUD 😣😖
Saw this comment in the preview and got ready to do conversions 😅
😂
“A hot coal would sear it shut” LINK CRACKS ME UP WITHOUT EVEN TRYING 💀 why did no one laugh when he said that 😂😂
They're used to it LOL
OMG I’m glad I wasn’t the only one laugh at that! I actually did a cackle-snort- cackle again laugh
😂😂😂
link saying he gets confused if an enema is butthole or peehole is Shocking considering he’s said at least twice on ear biscuits that he brings enemas with him when he travels
He has gotten it confused before... there was a hypothetical about a turtle. I don't remember the rest.
"now where does this end go again..."
He can read the box before use. He also enjoys sounding. Convenient, no? Lmao
@@Paradox-es3blhuh?
They have clearly demonstated on this show that a toilet full of hot coals is not a good choice. Even if "We're still good" the toilets won't be.
Trueeee
I'll now patiently wait for the "You don't wanna boil your butthole" mythical t-shirt.
Paired with the "Boiled for Safety" mug?
Yeah 😭
Waiting impatiently
Sure ya do!
"Don't boil your butthole, for safety"
Quick Phoenix correction - the baseball stadium actually closes. When it’s hot enough, they close it and pump AC in. It’s very weird watching baseball indoors.
No it isn't. The Seattle stadium closes.
I can only chuckle to the apparently average sauna temp of 150-175F, which for a Finn would be..well, quite cold. 175F would be an absolute minimum here so good for Rhett for knowing whats up:D Only minus points for referencing to Norway instead of Finland when it comes to saunas but I guess it's acceptable since Finland doesn't exist.
Yeah, that was so funny when Rhett said 100F. Only 100F!! Thats nothing. 😄When I go sauna it is about 170F 15 min two times in a week. 🤣😁
@@Dinariina Where are you getting that? The temps he mentioned were 195-200F (about 93 C)
@@hrodga ooh, I heard wrong. sorry. I thought he said 100, but I listen it again and he really did said 195. Sorry! 😄 My bad! English is not my first language.
You're still good!
happy to be confused with norwegians instead of the swedish
Let me recommend a idea
They should definitely do a will it fetch? episode
And get all their dogs
Jasper
Jade
Sean
And Barbra to play fetch
I'd definitely watch that
Yes!!!
love that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And probably Josh too, no?
@@ZarniwoopIIIjosh will fetch, everything
Having moved from LA to Phoenix last year, I can confirm that it is awesome! It's beautiful here, and mostly a dry heat which is an absolute TREAT compared to humid heat (e.g. TX or LA). Beautiful spring/fall and chilly in winters. Totally worth it.
I live in the PHX area (moved from FL) and I much rather prefer the dry heat here. It's hot, yes. And this time of year we just stay inside, swim, or take day trips into the mountains - but half the year the weather is absolutely perfect and we spend a ton of time outside, hiking, camping, etc.
Plus there is wind!!!
I'd rather be in an oven than a sauna.
Thanks for reminding me of my future weather this week in Phoenix! Isn't it so lovely here!
Lol except these episodes are filmed about a month in advance
@@assmane999 It's still been the same for over a month. We beat a record for most consecutive days over 110.
@@CaptKPinksies Almost all of the us had records this summer. It doesnt usually hit 90s on the east coast til august.
Omg 😭
Yeah I just love living in a place where when you guy outside you can feel the moisture on your eyeballs evaporating! At least it’s a dry heat… right?
Accubation describes Link with the fanny pack fan.😅😅
Such an interesting coincidence!
The Chosen: “this place is a fricking hellscape. If you listen to me you just might survive”
My mom's side of the family is Norwegian and my dad's side is Finnish, and I felt a fight brewing when you credited Norway with hot saunas instead of Finland lol Sauna is literally a Finnish word! The only one that is in the cultural lexicon. If you want the hottest saunas, you need Finland.
At least he didn't say sweden..
Just stand outside in Texas for 5 minutes.
But Finland does not exist
It’s 107° today and for the next 4 days here in oklahoma. I’m dyyying. And it’s humid! Not that dry heat like Arizona or LV!
We need a GMM pop-up video episode!!!
That would be so cool
Idk what this means...
@@HappyGothGalvh1 used to do pop up music videos. There would be these text bubbles that would pop up with trivia about the music or artist during the music video
@@nickirwin6521i think they meant Rhett and link would go to some random place and film the entire episode there
@@nickirwin6521I could be wrong though
Ive been watching you guys for 3 years and youve made every day better every time i watch!
I’m old yuske- been watching Rhett and link since 2008
I like the way Link wears his hair these days. Very cool.
chase field has a closeable roof, and they close it on especially hot days or when it rains
I live in the Phoenix metro area and it's miserable. It's a massive heat island with all of the concrete and asphalt just soaking it up during the day. Everything around you will just radiate heat after dark, so it will be 11pm and still 100 degrees.
Coming from someone who grew up and lived in Phoenix for nearly 28 years of my life, I am glad that I left Phoenix when I did. I have family and friends who are constantly posting on Social Media about the 118 degree temps there
Link, you haven't seen Liar Liar?! It's sooooo good. Classic.
They should definitely do a will it Calzone? Taste test
The mythical kitchen crew should make their own Calzone dishes for Rhett and Link to do a taste test on
Will it Gyro?
AI generated comment
What's a calzone
@@markipliertrash1562 its basically a pie lol
@@nwerd7584a pie? It's essentily a pizza folded and sealed. Unless you're calling pizza a pie, then yes, but it's nothing like an actual pie.
Arizona native. I live in Tucson... 2 hours from Phoenix. You survive the heat in the summer by staying inside. Outdoor activities are for October through April.
Phoenix has a ton of things to do. Almost anything you can think of.
Upside? We don't shovel snow here. Ever. 😂
I moved to Phoenix from the midwest several years ago. I left my snow shovel, ice scraper, and winter coat behind. It was liberating.
@katiekasl3701 I bet! I lived in Flagstaff while going to college and had to deal with heavy snow, ice scrape and deal with icy roads. No thanks. I rather run from air-conditioned places to air-conditioned cars. 😁
Welcome to AZ, by the way!
As someone who has lived in Phoenix almost their entire life I'll tell you straight up: there is nothing worth doing here that you can't do at any other major city. The city is so metropolitan that you can't even really enjoy what limited nature you have access to.
Bruno Mars: “I’m too hot”
Rhett and Link: “hot pee””
I’m very glad Rhett knows ”what’s up” with saunas and doesn’t go to a 150F cold sauna but I’m also a little hurt he credited saunas to Norway. But I get it, Finland doesn’t exist.
Most fun thing to do in Phoenix - leave Phoenix. It hit 135 degrees on the pavement when I lived there, and at midnight when I went on lunch, it was STILL 105....dry heat or not, its miserable.
The crazy thing, here on the east coast it gets that hot too (now, because of climate change… when I was younger it never did). But it’s extremely humid here as well. The last few summers it has gone over 110 here in Philadelphia, and it will be 95 at 2 in the morning. I can’t stand it 😑
You went to lunch at midnight?
@@Ali2097its called an overnight shift genius….
It was 100 at midnight here too...
I live in Tucson and we get so hot here but we know Phoenix is hotter so we avoid it unless you have to go.
Also every building or home is built with either AC or swamp cooler. Ironically enough living here we hoard sweaters and hoodies because buildings are so damn cold all the time from constant ac running.
I lived in Phoenix for close to a decade, and going to Vegas was always noticeably hotter. The humidity is higher.
The coolest thing to do in Phoenix is leave.
It's been raining like crazy in Finland half the summer, I could use some hotness for a change.
But according to Rhett, you don't exist...🤨
@@annab6726 I might not, but the rain does, and I'm sick of getting my nonexistent toes wet all the time. 😃
And then Rhett credits saunas to Norway and not Finland
@@Venya9 Well, you can't credit something to a place that doesn't exist! ☺
As a tennis player, Im happy Lando is getting into it and also happy Link will now know the ongoing war between tennis and pickleball communities 😂
As someone who lives in Arizona in the metrophx area.... It's already a hellscape and most our fun is outside 😅
I moved to the metro last august so this is my full summer here. I knew I was moving to the devil’s taint, but MY GOD
I've lived here for eight years, but I learned pretty early on to just accept that I will spend the summer months perpetually sweaty.
😊
😊
😊😊
😊😊😊
Well summer for Phoenix is more like how cold states do winter. The zoo has sections you can visit fine especially if you go early enough, you know passive cooling. Can't visit every section comfortably though in the summer
Not me immediately googling how hot hot chocolate is typically 😂 (160 degrees F)
Hot beverage is 160-185 degrees farenheit. Hot coals are 900-1000 degrees.🔥🔥🔥
Vegas over arizona anyday vegas has lots of things for both adults and kids. Tourists just love walking the strip like zombies all the time which i never understand because theres tons to do besides that
Musical Instrument Museum is great for Phoenix some revolving exhibits
Woah, what was that last sentence Link? 😂
Loving their hair 🥴 I know two hot things, but idk if I could choose between them 😳
Rhett!!!! Mmm hmmm 🔥 🤤
👀😂🫶
i live in arizona. you honestly get used to the heat
The roof of Chase Field is retractable, so it’s able to close to keep the a/c in. Plus there’s a pool.
Link! Watch Liar Liar!!! I can't believe you haven't seen that movie...it's one of my favorites. So many quotable moments. "You scratched my car!..."
"Oh, that? That was already there"
🤣
I am from a land that doesn't exist, but we have the largest number of saunas per capita in the world easily. And Rhett saying he is a 195-200 degrees (fahrenheit) is actually commendable. That is 90-63 degrees celsius and that is no playin'. Consider me impressed.
"No accubation station" 😂 If you know, you know. 🤭
Bring back leaving stuff in Jars for a month. I miss that so much.
I live in Phoenix and we all have air conditioning! Northern areas like Flagstaff you can get away without it. If anyone has any questions about living here feel free to ask! :)
A homeo-stank-sis if you will
Every day is a holiday so you would have a fever every day
How hot must it be for the state to be renamed Arizauna?
They should definitely do a will it casserole taste test soon
I'm gonna need y'all to do the Carolina reaper challenge in a sauna now
Not showering after getting in your pool is insane work
It's illegal not to have ac in Phoenix in any living environment. Phoenix also gets so hot that vehicles catch fire regularly, and for people who park on the blacktop during the summer, tires get so hot they explode. Lastly, sonas are humid. Phoenix isn't. Arkansas is more of a Sona with 106-degree temps and 90% humidity. I hope this is not taken indifferently as I only wish to relay intriguing information, not impose negativity.
I lived in the Phoenix area from '85 - '92. Those temperatures weren't uncommon then. It gets hot during the summer in the desert. That's why it's the desert. 😂 Everyone is so shocked about common things that happen every year.
@@OldManYellsAtClouds lol I'm guessing you love kool-aid.
7 day forecast this week in Phoenix is just HOT 🥵🔥
As someone who lives in Phoenix…I can safely say yes it’s hot 😂😂
in arizona people are being hospitalized from burns from falling on the ground
I love how hard it is to guess temperatures in Fahrenheit
Celsius*
but they were guessing in Fahrenheit
What? Lol
I love Rhett’s hair so much
Link is slowly starting to look just like his father
I'm loving Links hair
I just moved from surprise AZ to tx and the beat thing to do is the musical instrument Museum
4 months ago
In AZ the stadium has a retractable roof, FYI. Phx is burning but we love you and hope you visit soon.
30 years in phoenix and yes it is very hot. And you get used to it but you really dont get used to it. Its also illegal to turn down a person showing up at your house asking for water.
Rhett has a sauna, a pool and a hot tub. Wowwoowowowo
As somebody who lives in Phoenix, don't move to Phoenix, we're dealing with a drought and too many people are moving here already.
Im in phx Arizona, Our AC busted and we had to buy a new window AC just to help.
I have a tiny apartment so it helps.
But the bigger one is better.
But if your AC bust in Arizona the owner of the apartments is supposed to put you in a hotel till they fix your AC.
Our apartment is getting new owners so were in a no AC limbo.
As a Phoenix myself I dont think i want to live there. I deal with enough 😂
It's been that temp all through July... it's hot. As much as I love you guys, we don't need more people... why are people moving here...
Hey, guys…Vegas is my home town!
I would live in Vegas over Phoenix bc…we at least had seasons. Two to be exact. Winter & summer. It even gets snow in Vegas, sometimes, or you can go & hangout at the beautiful snow ski resort or go to Lake Mead & go water skiing. There are a ton of things to do in Vegas!
@16:30 I stopped this episode and watched like lier, rhett wasn’t lying it’s a great movie wow
I am the Master Accubation. I start with the release and work myself down.
I live in SE PHX, I can confirm, every year it gets hotter and hotter.
I live in Surprise. I just got irresponsibly excited
Hello from Phoenix AZ!!! It’s hot!
The pickle ballers in my area are an absolute menace to society!!
That stadium's roof is retractable
Chase field (Arizona diamondbacks) roof’s is retractable so it does close but only in extreme heat or rain
Shoutout to Phoenix! We never get enough recognition! ✨🖤
Going to Pheonix for work next week....yay☀️
Don't forget the Grand Canyon. Born and raised in Arizona hot but fine.
the problems with Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV is that there is a large population in the desert where it is incapable to support such a large population. Same with most of CA.
I live in Surprise and there’s a lot to do in Phoenix
Arizona is a dry heat, lol, Nebraska is a wet heat
I don’t think I could live in either of those places, I don’t do well in the heat. I live in Western New York and it’s been getting hotter the last 5 years so fast that we don’t even have 4 seasons anymore. I’m just a little south of Buffalo New York.
youre talking about how hot it is,and in Maine its 49* right now Brrrrr
It's more like... Fans, can they pickleball? NOOO.
People who live in Phoenix don't want to live in Phoenix during june-september.
In the words of Gendo Ikari...It's hot.
"It cools down a lot once it hits the air."
okay Rhett...
Very weird. We have had a really cool summer in Indiana.
I'm in Pheonix and we recently had a propane explosion from a mixture of over packing and the heat. We hit the record for 120° that day.
As cool as it would be to run into yall here, I would not want you to suffer 😂.
I personally would rather Vegas, because no where beats this heat.
Wow Rhett! I'm finnish and i ONLY can take like 80°C 😁
Las Vegas is much better than Phoenix if you could never leave. Phoenix is limited on things to do and Vegas is always a fun place.
15:06 welp my parents would be dripping in sweat constantly because all they do is lie .... it's really sad lol
It isn't going to be 118 in Phoenix this week. This episode was filmed 2-4 weeks ago.
Nasa and their damn weather machines.
Imagine Link with the lie Pitts at the ski resort... Lol.
Link really stuck the landing on this episode.
