- Today, I want to talk about some of the most overpowered Mind Controls you can do in M+. First one is fall where the Chronoweaver's Chronomelt cast can change a lot of cast sequences on bosses. This is really good for both the first and last boss. The last MC is the Rook Spiderling in BRH. They do BIG dam to bosses.

I think that this is honestly a healthy use of someone's toolkit. I would argue that this is very similar to the strat used in Plaguefall with control undead on the Defender of Many Eyes. Great Video!
Yeah and if I recall that was never nerfed?
I used to play EverQuest where we had “charm kiting” and all sorts of tricky things; I would love to see the devs lean even harder into this…

There is some very cursed mind control tech if you have a havoc dh and a warlock that you can do in any dungeon or even raid. Warlocks have an ability called ritual of sacrifice that will summon an enemy special demon that they can subjugate and have a special pet running around for them. What you can do is summon it, attack it until it is low health, mc it, and use it as a portable demon soul. Demon hunters get a 20% damage buff for 20 seconds after killing a demon and absorbing its soul, so the warlock can just release it for the dh to kill and they get a pretty sizable buff. It’s pretty useless tech cause it’s so inconvenient to set up for not that huge of a buff but it’s funny that it works
Thanks Tettles! Pretty sure at least Spider is gonna be hotfixed to either not be MC'd or does abysmal damage once MC'd. The third option could also be, the dot won't stack once MC'd.
Blood and Frost DKs using control undead can be very helpful for this stuff too. Sadly there’s no fancy abilities they can get pulled off.
I’ve always been curious if the value of Control Undead in Atal, I like to MC a right side big guy, I also wonder about a confessor

I don’t understand why you need a immune or meld on the last boss of fall because of this?
That is only if you are letting the melt hit random abilities on Iridikron. If you chronomelt and extend the cast of the Extinction Event cast then you have to have a meld. That is because the Chromie Shield is static time.

How is a spider even mind control-able?
cause they are living things with a mind? I always assumed that the reason it doesnt work on demons is because they are alien beings with too much of an alien mind for the priest to understand/control. undead and mechanical dont have minds. But a spider is just an animal.
