What is name of the tool looks like a long syringe and u used it to make long strips , and where u get it from ?
I used a fondant gun. You can find it on Amazon under the name of “Fondant Extruder”

I’m not sure how many people this would serve. I used a 10inch baking tin after the trimming and slicing

12” by 9” cake pan. I cut them equally, then trimmed

How did you missed icing sugar
A well executed cake design for sure but i would humbly suggest to balance cream and sponge cake, there seem to be a huge cake for a little bit of cream which at tasting is going to be a little bit dry…. How about making more layers for leaving room to more cream?otherwise thanks for sharing bless you!!!

Yes of course, but you need to put the cake in the fridge to chill for a couple of hours or if possible overnight.
