It's really cool to know that I'm not the only person out there who appreciates this game and it's music. A well done cover of one of my favourite areas in the game. Although, I have to say this game makes me both happy and sad. Happy for what it is, but sad for what it could have been. It's great that Nintendo found interest in this title made by Rare, but partly due to them forcing the Starofx franchise upon it, many elements from the original title Dinosaur Planet never made it into the game. Especially the ending feels very rushed and leaves me quite disappointed to this day. And yet this game brought me so many great memories, that I just have to replay it every now and then.
@@Dinnick3rd Star Fox Adventures honestly was one of my formative gaming experiences. I'll always hope Nintendo will pick up the adventure label again in some capacity but I'm sure it's not a realistic thing to hope for.
Star fox adventures was my first GameCube game experience - i think 🧐 personally I never felt like it was rushed or unfinished, I was so engrossed in the games world, its music, colours and characters I just didn’t have time to make any judgments. It was over too soon, but I’d feel that about any game I don’t want to end. The sum result was a feeling of completeness. However to be fair, i didn’t know the game was modelled after another game called dinosaur planet so i wasn’t going into the gaming experience with any prior expectations, and looking back now, I can get what people mean. But I love fox and ultimately I’d rather his familiar face in the adventure than anything else.
That was friggin' gnarly dude! You sure know how to rock those instruments. The ocarina was my favorite part. I literally felt your passion through the screen. Great camera angles and great ending. AMAZING JOB! Totally subbing!
Lovely. Absolutely lovely. I subscribed to your channel. You did a cover of one of my favourite tracks from my favourite video game of all time and you made it sound absolutely beautiful. I love it.
Wow, I love this song and I love your cover! You added a different twist to it, and it works perfectly. I never understand a word they were singing in the original song either ^^
@@Dinnick3rd That's great to know! I hope you will be able to when you have the chance! Hey I know this is out of the blue but I'm in the process of writing a game myself and trying to do an estimate of how much i need to save for a team andl if I wanted to hire you to do the music what would your prices be?
Depends on a lot of things, like # of songs, their length, Deadline of the project. Only then I can give an estimate. You can PM me whenever you're ready.
Well, I just ran through several songs. I love your arrangements. I love your choices. Star Fox has always been a favorite. I would love it if you'd consider Chrono Trigger's Corridors of Time, the Zeal theme. Your arrangement building style would be freaking amazing. :3
Day!! And I totally would if I had a modded Nintendo Switch or whatever, but as it stands I'll just have to play whilst listening to it on headphones :D I'd also love to see you take on some of the music tracks from Monster Hunter Tri with this, take a listen to the theme of Moga Village or "Demise of the Traditions" :)
@@Dinnick3rd Yay!! :D It would be slick if you could make it into a full length piece too!! (to clarify I mean a way to loop it, to "complete the melody" as such) I love what you did with the high pitched synth in this song too, I dunno how to describe it but its a sound that I connect with the ocean, I don't know if you do that a lot or not but I definitely need to listen to more of your stuff so I can hear more of it :) For context, Demise of the Tradition is the theme that heralds the entrance of the ancient sea god Ceadeus, leading up to probably my favorite battle in all of videogames, I also highly recommend the other two themes connected to Ceadeus titled "The Lunar Abyss" and "Moonquake" its a boss fight that just feels straight up epic, of all the bosses I've ever fought in my years as a gamer Ceadeus has left the biggest impression on me.

Great video and great song ! Even though I did not played the game or hearing the song before, it's a great rendition ! Did you always travel with all your instruments (I hope you travel by car, it must be expensive if it's by plane with all the stuff ^^) ?
I can't find this on your Bandcamp or Soundcloud. Is this available? I've been looking for a good Cape Claw and Thorntail Hollow performance. This is awesome!
¡Buenas, soy parte del equipo del fangame, Smash Bros Crusade, me gustaría saber si podemos esta canción para el juego, obviamente te daríamos el merecido crédito!
Wait what ? The lyrics really mean something?? When i turn subtitles on it does talk about the environment like about you can see in the game. What is going on?? Can an african speaking person confirm if its real lyrics or not, wauw if so haha just wauw loll
Let me explain: That african chant is a sample from "Hearts of Africa Vol. 1", a sound library. I don't know what the lyrics originally says, but I wanted to give my cover lyrics to add a similar texture as the original (also, didn't wanted to use that same sample + I can't afford omnisphere 2 VST). So I came up with "Oe oe ah ah, a beach paradise for, oe oe ah ah, cloudrunners and hightops".
I thought I was the only one who was interested in Star Fox Adventures. This cover was amazing honestly
Dyno Runner There's still people who are interested in SFA/DP, just a few in fact. Thanks btw!
Dinnick the 3rd Liked the video, I'm a big fan on Star Fox. I use to have all the games.
Dinnick the 3rd Oh. What would be awesome if you could do the Star Fox Adventures Theme Music
Dyno Runner You mean the main theme or meteo rock?

I share the same opinion, it is sad, the original story was pretty interesting.
