    I've had the sportster normal longboard for about a year as my push board and love it! I have the hybrid yoface preordered which will probably be taking place of my riptide and ownboard mini. I love that bustin took their tried and true skateboards and electrified them instead of a company that has the parts and just slaps random decks on. Glad you got to ride some!

    I got one for Christmas, sportster x, I live in south Florida, I only wore it for 2 and a half days, because of rain. So far, it’s great, I got up to 18.7 mile with on g3 mode and about 17.2 with g4, I only weight 195lbs (being more specific, more of muscle than fat). I did reach 30mph, lowest it went on g4 was 28 mph because of the environment, it felt stable, didn’t feel fatigued, probably I exercise a lot so I don’t get fatigued long on a board, I haven’t test the uphill since we have no hill here in Florida unless I go to a park with fake hills. I will keep riding and post more information if anyone cares

    Its interesting how the balance physics between the bustin hybrid skate deck and a regular skateboard are enough to make ollieing the bustin board very awkward. Maybe as batteries/motorsect get to the next gen they will be small enough and light enough that it will feel like a normal skateboard.

      @davidlinscheid2321 5 лет назад +2

      I have hit 30 mph a couple of times on the NLS Pro, 32 mph with a stronger wind at my back, before I got a spooky case of the speed wobbles. At 61 years old, I especially did not want to eat pavement, not that there is a good age for eating pavement:) If speed is your thing, its tough to beat the NLS Pro at its relatively reasonable price.

    • @Sublimeattitude
      @Sublimeattitude 5 лет назад

      @@davidlinscheid2321 that's what I was thinking. It is $300 cheaper that the G3 with similar performance, maybe less of a build quality overall but I am seriously considering it. I have a feeling Meepo is releasing something soon, they always seem to release boards sporadically. I feel as though backfire takes more time and energy on their premium boards, and also I feel like the 52v system may last longer overall, I am going to be putting over 1000 miles easy . Probably a lot more on the board

      It uses hub motors instead of pulleys like a boosted. Pulleys aren't too bad but kinda give this dragging effect when you just wanna push the board. Hub motors are loose and you can either push the board if it's dead or you're trying to save power.

      m3000 From what I can gather they have tweaked the hub motors so they have less resistance so easier to push . I’m not an e skate builder nor are probably most who have replied . If you want the answers why don’t you call them up and ask as they are very obliging and helpful .Rather than make comments that kinda sound on the lowball side . You’ll make Ronnie’s post look like a “Readit “ thread .

      @@jamiemuir1557 That isn't fair to say to the commenter. I am also trying to get the specs on the motors for the all 3 e boards bustin offers, and they simply do not exist. I am pulling the trigger on the Sportster X tomorrow if they'll tell me the specs of it's motors on the phone. In any case, "Whisper-Quiet hubs" does NOT mean anything when you're trying to simply ascertain the specs of the motors. Thus, you accusing the commenter of sounding "on the lowball side" is actually you sounding a bit rude and unfair. stay Classy;)
