Tarisland - Elite Spider Queen (Day 1) - Bard Healer POV

Elite Spider Queen kill on the first day. This fight was completely new to me due to not being on any beta tests. We learned and killed it in just under 2 hours. This was a fun fight to heal and this video is from my healer POV.
Comms might be confusing because the healer was calling out the mechanics on Shadow side (i.e. central AoE + Knockback) while my POV is from Poison side.
A few notes about this
- A lot of execution is focused on the tanks as they have to control the boss positioning many times while also managing the spawning rate and aggro of the smaller spiders to not overwhelm the healers and their own defenses.
- Healers also have very high healing requirements, especially during phase 2 when too many spiders are spawned. Overall extremely fun raid to heal.
- DPS floor is lower due to no damage gimmick, transition times between phases and transitions between spawner spider phases.
- As a result of these things and the enrage requirement I put the DPS requirements are roughly 1800-2400+ range which is a bit lower than Archdruid. These DPS requirements will be lower when the fight is nerfed by 15% after day 1. And our average DPS outside the opener was in the 1800-2400+ range exactly.
Here's my build. I did change out the dps emblem with a healer emblem that also points upper left and upper right. (Running two specs is a bit rough, but is looking better now)

One question here if you can, do you focus after 50% crit on reloading as much as possible? or balance with omni?

Cooldown to the moon. I eventually want that over 26%. So ideally 50%+ crit and 26%+ cooldown at least.
