And 4/5 white guys i have hired ended up being lazy, moved at a snail's pace, and were unreliable. all the hispanic people i have hired wanted to work, showed up, and worked hard. It shouldn't be a surprise that after weeding through those who weren't working out, most of my crew is hispanic.
