Great advice. Annoyingly my left kick is more powerful than my right, but I fight regular. The switch kick is the answer to my problem. Off to kick pads for 1000 times now. Thanks Liam 👊

Hey Liam, can switch kick be used against single leg ?
Maybe when they come to take u down u step back and quickly switch kick especially if they are low you’ll get more power

Everything i can get my hands on modality wise etc.. ive decided muay thai is most effective in real life ..of all martial arts . After whittling away what doesn't work..and seeking perfect fast fight ending techniques and btw YOU SIR- KICKED SAENCHAI'S BUTT..AL OVER .. I was shocked . Seen him win A LOT OF FIGHTS.
