What human rights abuses are you referring to? List them?
Same ones in your UK where you arrest journalist who speak against a foreign state? Or like in US where you crush free speech and right to protest through brute force for a foreign state and the both of you have the audacity to call yourselves free? While the reality is that you both are slaves of Israel. Wake up and smell the coffee or your smack whatever suits you best.

I don't think it's appropriate for racing drivers that can be heard live online and on TV to swear. A decent fine should be enough, for both the team and the driver, so the team is encouraged to try and keep the drivers behaving like adults.

It appears that the FiA should consult with the drivers on the issue and then make some kind of ruling but the reality is that the communication between the drivers and the crews are internal and confidential and should not be on a broadcasted channel, particularly if they are talking about technical problems that affect the performance of the car such as break pads and tire pressure.

Easier solution is what they have always done up to recently & that is insist that Broadcasters responsible edit with beeps & ...* etc. Ebven most kids understand that these days!! Just don't take it out on the drivers the way they are trying to!! 😟
