This is my 3rd 3 marker challenge :)
As you can see I got a lot of fun with this challenge! This time I make a little bit different video about this challenge... well some of you guys thought I would "cheating" by picking the colors "blind". That's very sad, so I decided this time to show you myself while I'm picking these 3 colors. If you still think I would cheat, than I don't care XD It doesn't make any sense to cheat... so why should I lie to myself? it's a challenge :D haha

What is the 3 Marker Challenge?
You have to pick 3 colors blindfolded and mix them up together to one artwork :) it makes so much fun! just try it by yourself :D

Am I the only one who thinks the color combo is actually quite nice? Two parallel colors and one contrast. I really love this piece, especially her demure expression which captures a lovely poise of elegance.
But it's not the easiest colors to work with... Sure it's contrasting but all three of the colors are empathizing different parts of the girl she drew. Although her work looks really good, it's still a hard combination to work with. Now, if she had one of these colors and two lighter color, or two strong colors and one lighter color, that would be even better.

To anyone who thinks that you cheat... they don't understand that, for one, these are your tools of choice... you know exactly how they work on the page and together.
For another, your collection is kind of built to blend and work together. I'm not sure how to phrase it. I guess - to get math-y about it - you have a pretty even collection of lights, mediums, and darks... so, statistically, you should be able to pull a good trio no matter how many 3-Marker challenges you do.
And of course, the strongest reason, is that you're an awesome artist who could probably make this work even if you pulled the worst possible combination.
She completely did cheat. I can let go of her doing line work, but when she pulled out the white paint, she officially cheated. But the picture and work was beautiful.

That flesh tone is so weird, I can only imagine: I would pick it up, start painting with it without testing it and ruin everything
It has nothing to do with the color on the marker itself

I guess that person can't believe you can make such awful colors look so amazing but haters are gonna hate right?! Love the video and the art is beautiful as always! Her hair just turned out amazing! Your videos give me inspiration to try harder in my own art :)

Come on guys, we all know what you want. This artist wants to see what she can create with 3 colors, but what some of yooou want is to have an artist that is at your level when it comes to coloring. That is why some people complain about her choosing the colors. It's not going to happen, she's too good. She could have no colors and still have an amazing composition. Dealz.

Indeed it was a challenging drawing and you managed to use the markers perfectly.
What I most worry about in these 3 markers challenges is skin color. bcuz you can use whatever the color for hair, lips, clothes and eyes but you can't use and blend any color for the skin. (Well you can but not all of them seem so good that make you want to try them yourself). Some people (like you) manage to use the perfect color combinations for the skin and make it look so good but some people just mess up.
The Elf-like ears was a really good idea; bcuz it made the drawing match the image of the skin color.

I love your art style it's very similar to Tokyo Ghoul's (the manga covers)
The expressions and coloring style is kinda similar now that I think about it, but Ishida (tha mangaka) gives a more watery effect
This turned out really beautiful! I loved watching the drawing process, very peaceful and relaxing. And the woman's facial expression is good also, she looks sort of sad with and accepting smile and the shading on her skin was also great and creative. I loved how you used all off the colors everywhere in the drawing and blended them :)
I loved how you used brown for the outline and details. It's such a soft color and helps warm up a picture with lots of cold tones colors. Fabulous job using the colors too, especially in the hair with the pink. It was subtle but brought some brightness into it.
Also I just cannot get over how you did her eyelashes, they're so delicate looking.

I love that satisfying feeling of being happy with your drawing and confidently signing your name at the bottom.
All I could think during the dumping of all your markers was "shit that's going to be a bitch to sort back" LOL. But, you did a magnificent job in this speed paint as always, I love how everything just flows. Feel like I could watch you do line art forever too!

Its a shame that nobody believed you when you chose the first three colors. But at the same time, it's a good thing, because it allowed you to showcase your talent, and that you can turn any trio of color combinations into a masterpiece. And shame on all the people who doubted you and thought you "cheated" into choosing the Copics. I honestly love your art. Keep up the amazing work and sharing your videos.

The style and coloring of the figure makes it look like a character from the original Sailor Moon series!
Even when not considering that, it's a really well-designed figure and I loved the use of coral sea over the flesh pink to create the grey tones

I found your channel only a while ago and am so over-whelmed by how talented and beautiful you are! It really takes so much talent to make colors that don't match at all look so good on paper. I was wondering if you have any fandoms you might have drawn any fan art of or are planning on drawing of? Because I (probably many others as well) would love to see that!
