Jajajjaa veo que te tocas mucho con el negro, la realidad es que se destacó en una época semi amateur, los rivales entrenaban por la mañana y en la tarde se tenian que ir a laburár para llegar a fin de mes, el como logró el marketing era de los pocos que tenia la plata para entrenar doble turno, como Bobby charlton, george best y algún otro más.... Se la paso jugando amistosos en toda sus carrera y de ahí los récord de estadísticas. Los 3 mundiales qué ganó son una mentira, en el 58 jugó solo 4 partidos, ni era titular (Fontaine el mejordel mundial) , en el 62 jugó 2 partidos y se lesionó solo, garrincha fue la figura y en el 70 jugó 6 partidos y la figura fue Rivelinho... No vendan humo con el grone... La Fifa siempre dijo que era el mejor porque les chupaba la japi cuando hemos visto muuuchos jugadores que lo han superado técnicamente (D10S, Messi, Dinho, Cr9, CR7, Zidane, neymar) y la lista sigue...

What I saying is that in modern football Pelé would dominate, not to say that Messi and Ronaldo didn't have talent, but their game depends heavily on the physicality and with the available methods from the 50's and 60's I don't think their career would be as impressive.
Also your "argument" don't add up, if the leagues were amateur, they were for everybody, unlike today that Barcelona can destroy literal amateur teams and Messi score a bunch of goals, when his daily salary is bigger than the whole team they are competing against.

Also the specific difficulty of the goals must be taken into account to rank this properly. It's not the same to score most of your goals playing in tough leagues for the big clubs or somewhere else. Just like it's very difficult for stars that didn't had many great star players playing on their team. It's a very tricky subject that requires a lot of job but it can be done. Looking at the previous ratings of the leagues and the rosters and clubs of all these players. Also rules and pace of the game were different before, just like the very balls and the goalposts themselves. Very tricky to say... Also the quality of the goals, how many penalties, how many crazy good goals, how many decisive goals, etc. Soooo many different variables. One thing is sure, all of these gentlemen are legends of the beautiful game.

Player's from the last century would have way less games and it's not because of physicality, it's due to the fact that back then, there were less competitions, also a lot of competition have gone through alteration which has also affected how many games you would play in the tournament.

I checked ali ashfaq's one, and according to wikipedia, he scored 409 goals in total club wise in 457 caps. And scored 58 for the Maldives national football team in total. which is a total of 467 goals so he would be tied with gyula zsengeller.
