@@constantinranis I agree 100%. It’s also great when a small company can come along and put features in that none of the other companies are doing. It pushes all companies to up their game. It’s also fantastic that drum plugins are getting more attention now just like guitar plugins. Now if we can get a few more really solid bass plugins we would be set!

@@constantinranis I use Parralax almost religiously but I’d love a bit more diversity. I’ve tried some others but very rarely find anything I like. It’s really hard to find a super nice clean bass tone.

@@resington Hell yeh man. Perfect drums are still one my all-time favorites. I looked into DW Soundworks, which they turned into, and it just didn't have the same sound from what I heard. The snares in Perfect drums are in my opinion, still some of the best samples on the market today. I'm so glad I grabbed it when I did because I'm not sure you can still even buy it anymore!!

Sounds amazing! I thought the Mixwave Gojira was the best, then Josh Middleton rocked our world, now this? So many great choices. It’s hard to not start chasing drum tones like we do with guitar tones.

Great song. For me that kick had a super subby low end punch which is really cool and unique. I've blended that in in an album I'm producing and it made my drum mix sound a lot more expensive haha
Nice. It really does have a great thump on that kick. It really comes through. It certainly is unique as a lot of other plugins for metal go for a more clicky bass drum sound. I really like this one!

One kit that looks interesting and I haven't seen almost anyone do videos about is soundiron knockout drums. If you ever have a chance to review that haha
Thats a really hard question. If I really had to decide at this current moment, I would have to say I like Ultimate Heavy Drums better but, I could see a time where this could change my mind. I think they are different enough that they both definitely have a place in my library. I would have to go with both of them being equally as good as each other.
OK cool, I was just curious cause I've really been wanting to get ultimate heavy drums but between the 2, this ones price tag is a little more favorable lol

Alot of programs use ctrl + left click to set parameters back to zero so u can give that a try
