I just found one been sitting for couple years for $250 I put new battery and carb on it fired rite up,it has alot more powerful motor than I thought it would,I love mine,yours is clean ride I believe I found a good 4-wheeler thanks for the video..
I bought a 99 Artic Cat 500 a few years ago and keep having carburetor/ choke issues. it's a good atv when I can get it started !! ... I think part of the problem is i go long periods between running it. I turned off the fuel after getting the carb rebuilt ... went to start it after 5 months ... won't start ... any suggestions ?
@@onthehunt9502 I’ve been having that sort of problem too but when I turn the handwarmers the lights on it runs perfect. I think it’s something electrical on mine.
I have one for riding down country roads, it is in the same condition when you clean it, but this one looks so much cleaner, granite, before I baught mine it was used on a farm moving cattle so it hasn't had the best life ever, but all of the panels are still there and not one is even cracked, the only think cracked is the front metal bar from hitting a cow on accident.
I just got a free 454 and it has been sitting for 2 years with bad piston ring and had a full tank of fuel... emptied the old gas out and threw sum new in and it started right up veery Smokey tho
