Meatloaf Recipe ⬇️
1-1/2 lbs ground chuck (or chicken/turkey)
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed OR 1 box of
Stove Top Savory Herb stuffing mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP ketchup
2 eggs
1 packet onion soup mix, optional
1 TBSP minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded cheddar, optional
Mix together and pat down in loaf pan. Make topping. Combine 1/4 brown sugar, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 2 TBSP mustard of choice (try Add to top of Meatloaf. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Enjoy!

@@penguinandthechef7302 we survived with all the snow, my furnace quit and my brothers water lines have to be replaced completely. But hey, we survived and that’s all that matters. I hope the weather hasn’t been bad for you too ❤️
@@WillowsGarden I'm so sorry to hear all that, Willow. I knew you were having furnace issues and using space heaters for a while. I hope your brother's waterlines get replaced soon. No fun to not have running water. As for us, we had some very cold and snowy days, with windchill to -30°F, but we survived as well and now heading into above normal temps. Now the ground is thawing, several days of rain, now we're a mud mess. Oh well, it will dry up soon, hopefully. Take care my friend and hope things improve for you and your family ❤️

The meat ingredients is on point. Please allow the meat to bake for at least 30 minutes before adding the tomato ketchup sauce.

Hi Maria and thanks for the comment. We have been making meatloaf various ways for 40 years. We like ours done this way for this basic meatloaf. Our other meatloaves, we do sometimes add it 15 minutes prior to being done. Really the earlier the better. Have a blessed day 🙏
