I'm going to try this tonight. I love my Breville Smart Oven. I've had this one with the Air Fry for a couple of years I guess. I had a not as smart Breville oven before this one that I liked. I rarely use my big oven, since I can cook almost everything I need to cook in this small oven, which doesn't heat up the kitchen nearly as much as my big oven. i love that I can cook in 9X13 baking pans in this oven, and I use the air fry setting a lot.
I just used my new Breville Smart Oven Air fryer for the first time and am so impressed, roasted salmon and it turned out tremendous. looking forward to trying it air fried. enjoyed the video!

Very disappointed in this recipe. Cornmeal does not develop crust. Salmon is way too expensive for this recipe not to turn out. We will go back to just oven roasting our salmon like we usually do .

I noticed you like to use Avocado oil. I can’t eat avocado due to an intolerance. What would your second choice oil be? Is olive oil a good sub?
Yes you can also use olive oil or coconut oil.

Try panko bread crumbs.
