- We finally got an opportunity to show you all a very important and beautiful part of what makes El Paso's culture so special. On this video, we visited Lincoln Park in El Paso, to check out the event Low Lows and Tacos. The event was organized to give the community a space to hang out, enjoy some good food and music, and also give us all a chance to check out beautiful classic cars and lowriders. Unfortunately, during filming of the event, something unexpected happened and we had to cut our recording short. We apologize in advance for not being able to show you all the wonderful cars and the art that is so pridefully displayed throughout the park. Hey, so I'm the VP for West Coast Dynasty, one of the low rider clubs that was there with our DJ booth. First, thank you so much for showing off the culture and the rides, we all take very big pride in our rides and the little details, and you did that justice!!! You really showcased the love we have for one another and our shared passion for building cars, and I cant thank you enough for that.
As far as the shooting goes, I was right near you at our grill when it occured. All I know as of now is that it was kid in a gang from outside the car community who knew his target would be here. The man who was shot is in the hospital recovering, he was shot once in the shoulder, the other 5 were in the air. None of the lowrider clubs have beef with each other and for sure wouldn't settle things at a gathering like this where families are. I'm normally in the JDM car scene more, but its the same way in most car communities here in El Paso. It's unfortunate that it only takes 1 person to ruin a whole gathering.
We won't let something like this stop us. This is not a normal incident that occurs at our gatherings/events, and we all condemn the actions that this kid took. Any sort of fighting or shooting is always unacceptable for any car events, period. If there's a problem, we all talk it out like adults, not putting others into the crossfire. Lowriders and the El Paso car community as a whole are a family, and we don't tolerate this nonsense.
Thank you so much for confirming what Ren and I already knew, car clubs and shows/events like this have always been about community, art and love for our culture. I (Julie) was upset and disappointed to think that maybe this would discourage others from experiencing this beautiful part of what makes the city so great. Your words reassure us, and others, that we can continue to enjoy the work and talent of local club members. Thank you also for letting us know that the man who was injured is recovering. We were worried about him and had no way of knowing if he was okay. Our goal with this channel has always been to showcase our beautiful community, our history, and our culture. We will continue to do so, and a big part of that is to continue sharing local car clubs and their amazing talent. Thank you so much for being here, and we will see you on the next event/show. Some people don't know how much time it takes to build a clean show car and it's done so everyone can appreciate the work done to this cars, otherwise there would be no shows , keep the peace in EPT!

Hi, Jennifer! Yes! Luckily someone who saw exactly what happened, and is a member of a local car club, was able to give us an accurate account, and confirmed to us that this was definitely an isolated incident. This has never happened to us in the city, much less at an event like this. The local club car community does not tolerate this behavior. They care about the community and take pride in their art and work. Never, ever would they conduct themselves in this manner. This was someone who was not associated with any of the people participating in the event. You could be here, attend one of these shows/events, and be safe. I guarantee it. Again. This has NEVER happened to us before, anywhere in the city. And you know we go everywhere around here ♥️. Thank you for being here and for your support 🙏🏽 -Julie

Then city is so beautiful and relieved to find that doesn't happen often. yes,I do watch a lot of your stuff on your channel and everything is pretty peaceful there.

My grandparents lived there . They sold their house so the spaghetti bowl could build . That school you see there , my mom went to school there . I remember that spot back in the 1960’s .

Being from ELP, I see a genuine and truthful representation of the subject matter in all your vids. Thanks again! I keep looking though, for the ONE AND MOST FAVORITE of my RUclips selected videos, where you showed the ELP downtown area drone with the Rosspig and OOYY soundtrack, that was deleted. I keep looking back hoping it was re-posted, but.....no. Any way you can put that video back on up? I'm sure there's a reason for your removing it, but is there any way you can put it back UP?? By popular demand.....? Hope you can. I watched that one MANY times, for very personal reasons. If not, I understand. Blessings guys.

That is scary that both of you witnessed that! I love classic cars but can't go now since it's not safe for me & my child. This type of event should be moved like to Ascarate park & have more security there!
This has never happened before. And we were told by people heavily involved in the local car community that no one tolerated this behavior. It turned out to be a young kid, going for one specific person. A scary situation and I’m sure this will be the last time anything like this happens ever again. @revolutionsoldier5889 it’s so interesting that you bring up the subject of Pachucos because I’ve been meaning to possibly do a video on it, and how that ties to not only Cd.
