Hello I have a question . I make small speaker boxes out of thin mdf wood . I want to be able to laser cut my patters to save time . What do you recommend my best option for lazer cutter / to use
also you can get a 4" nozzle and it will cut easier, i can get through 1/4" MDF with my laser but i need high settings with my 2" lens. but a 100w or 130w with a 4" lens and even without would do it no problem.
Thunder laser, mine is an 80w NOVA 35 that is 35" wide bed by 24" tall but passthrough make it infinity with print and cut. i have done 6ft items with this machine,
This came in handy,Thanks.

i would go with a 100w if your cutting a lot of MDF and just depends on size how big of a board you want to get in there.
