- Terraria 1.4.1 adjusted the spawn rate of pyramids, enchanted sword shrine, and lava charm, and probably something I haven't mentioned here. You explore them in one grand world, or small world, if you picked it on small, but if you're lazy with that, you can just use some program for you to do it, like tedit!... but what if we use that to break the game?

Yes, I tried to break the game, and I sucessfully managed it. Apparently there's a limit to the queen bee spawn, but that was expected, and it's around 200. As much as normal mobs do, actually!... so I guess big mobs are just counted as mobs. that's something, but why is there a limit? I think there can be more queen bee trying to follow you and bring some stinger machines...
...but that's not all, and I put the chest, on the chest, which made more chest, and that chest, destroyed the chest, and now there's so many chests. that's how Terraria chests works, basically.

Fishing makes the lava charm pretty easy to get. I made a town in the underworld for more bait and less enemies.

I remember back in 1.2 a while ago me and my brother discovered this weird glitch where a quarter of a chest appeared and whenever we tried to break it it duplicated.
7:12 and, mind you this was on mobile so there wasn't any mods or t-edit, it just somehow happened naturally.
We also discovered that a door can trigger this as well so we hooked it up a bird machine and the door would spawn tones of chests. Also, it managed to happen to a gold chest which sells for even more money.
yeah same happened to m3 and my brother but it was a jungle chest (or gold cant remember) but i dont remember the door part also ours was a queater missing

You can always fish for chest items lile the Lava Charm or Water walking boots, yesterday me and my friend only spent 3 collective hours of hell fishing and got ONE lava charm.
I remember spending fucking hours, looking through at least 40 chest in my large world to finally find a lava charm. Too rare

7:15 I had one of those chests that had their top left corner broken in my old console world (Xbox 360) and you could get unlimited chest with it and sell for gold
I actually had a glitched golden chest spawn in my jungle on the old mobile version with Ocram, and I would just sit there with mining armor and a mining potion and come back only when my inventory was full of golden chests. Then one day, the game updated, and the world got corrupted, so it seems that the one chest was far too powerful for the world to comprehend.
That infinite chest break happened on 360 edition with the lizhard temple door, so I got a bunch of unbreakable doors for my world pre-plantera
You can also fish for lava charms..during mastermode
It's better than endlessly looking for charms,digging undegroune for chests,or making more worlds

Fun Fact: Chests duping was the original money tactic; in 1.1 you could set up a string of active stone blocks with filled chests on them and turn on a timer. And boom, money shower. Visit local shop NPC and profit.
Back in 1.2 I found a underground cabin that had the wood overlapping the chest, when I broke the wood to get in the best duplicated then if I placed it duplicated too, I sold all the chests and got rich.

The chest glitch used to work on mobile with actuated stone. You could dupe shadow chests and get a ton of platinum coins.

Easiest way if no lava charm around is farming Magma stone, going to shimmer and transform into Lava charm, i did that in my Legendary world because could not find one.

I used to use a ice rod from the wizard to replicate that chest glitch back in i think 1.2. It was the easiest way to get 10 plat very easily if you just used gold or shadow chests.

Actually, the ice rod and chest trick is possible in normal game, if you place the ice rod's ice first, and then place the chest on it after
once got one of these by luck when i was a new player. boy did i know. later, when i learned how it worked, i loved it. now i know its rlly rare. remade my original char. 15 and a half hours. sad times.

I just went down to lava layer in my newest map through a hellevator I'm constructing. First gold chest on the way down had a lava charm in it. Now, you wanna talk rare, lets talk about those water walking boots....

there is a reason for why i fished for my lava charm, and i think the spawn rates show it very well

Here is an easier way to get lava charm.
Fish for the lava create save world after that turn off auto save. Use the lava create and if you did not get what you want just reload the game and try again. I know this is a meme video but that shit is rare
You can mine faster with holy helmet, solar flare chessplate and solar flare boots with any celestial pick axe or shroomite digging glove than wearing a mining helmet and other dead miner stuff.
