All solid info for beginners and hard gainers. Any noob new into the iron game can deff see some substantial progress with a fundamental training /nutritional program (especially one catered towards cleaner fuel to replace the drive through junk shit). + One worthy mention. In addition to the weight scale, I hope anyone that takes heed into the notes mentioned here, is to track your intake! As a PT, I've seen time and time again that men (who want to gain size) over estimate what they eat . Once they break it down, their entire day is full of snacks and side foods with one, maybe, 2 square meals across the day. Yeah that's not gonna fly. Highly recommend keeping track on your phone, computer via Word or Excel, old school journal note pad or whatever means you feel suits you.
I was inspired by your first loosing weight video and have been following your food recommendations and have already moved down one belt size and I am not even very strict on myself about it either, I'll have pizza for dinner once a week but still follow a low calorie intake otherwise. A big help could be that my coffee is just espresso and milk and that alone has deleted about 500 calories per day. Also eating a handful of cashews and an apple for breakfy has deleted hundreds of calories for breakfast and on top of that I work as a sheet metal jouneyman which is very physical. Wasn't planning on dieting but damnit you inspired me and I am already seeing results 🤘
Ectomorphic guy here. Only way I gained good weight was training each body part once per week with a ton of calories and enough rest between those same days. Had to get my BF% up to make that work. Not too fat. It works .
You ever follow Jim Wendler? I know he's more of a power lifter. I bought one of his books 5/3/1 a few years ago. It was good reference for me but I don't want to be big guy either. I know he's a total metalhead.
Lancets are the needles diabetics poke their fingers with. I use the Reli-on meter as well but I use it because I am diabetic. It's super cheap and works great. Walmart has them.
Yeha I gotta get skinny before I can do any bulking hahah but hey cool video to find some info about fursure

Your opinion on taking a daily vitamin?
I noticed I weighed a bit more w/o it.
