This video is incomplete. I was seriously contemplating buying one but after seeing this I will pass. Your welder says scratch start. That means something entirely different to me vs Lift Tig. Did he use the button on the torch? Some welders have a pedal including where you can do a 'lift'. To me this is no different than a gas valve Tig torch. Tell me I'm wrong otherwise. Plenty of other welders can do the same for cheaper.

I say you look into their 201 ac dc welder you get all tig functions with a foot pedal with the gold package and you get stick as well.
