Hello there! In response to your inquiry, when Child Lock is set, all buttons except for the power button do not operate. Child Lock is not automatically disabled after the completion of a cycle. If you wish to change the cycle or other settings, first disable Child Lock before proceeding. I appreciate your instant response! However I still wonder how to disable power button, during washing process. When child lock is activated, my daughter comes and unconsciously presses on power button, and washing process will be stopped. As you see , child lock is not helping)! Could you please explain why power button is an exception when child lock is on?

@@LGUSASupport I found another video suggesting only the Rinse + Spin button, which turned Control Lock off. Still have no idea how it was turned on in the first place but problem solved.

Same here. This is just plain stupid. Kids are not dumb, once they learn that CL does not do anything on the power button, they'll start on hitting that. I really wonder why they designed the children lock this way, instead of blocking the whole panel🤷♂
