    Has anyone been to the Wayward Girls Cemetery, Geneva IL? If not, read up on it. It was once a facility for "bad" girls back in the day. There is now a cemetery there, surrounded by a neighborhood. Most of the tombstones are the young girls and their babies that were born there. There is a forest preserve behind the cemetery and we captured some huge orbs in there at night, that we did not notice until after we played the video upon arriving home.

    @xdimax1 As this might be true, you also have to take in the account that, at night it's even colder -- due to the trees giving off cool air. Not sure what the scientific term for it could be -- but it's also true. Also, there are even colder spots in certain areas. We've had temperature drops and fluctuating temperatures on our digital temperature reader -- weird. However, it could be explained -- or maybe it can't -- who knows. Thanks for watching though.

    Robin: Very good catch, there was a story of a phantom horse plow that pulled a farmer into the pond next to the cemetery itself. That could be why you, and other users found a "horse" in the video. Thank you for watching!

    I live practically within walking distance from Bachelor's Grove and have never been there and would never go there. There is just too much bad energy there from the decades of disrespect and neglect. I wouldn't want that bad energy with me. I did once drive by the entrance as I watched people going down the path. Moments later, a wave of nausea hit me as I drove home. Don't know why that happened, but I took it as a "don't come back here again" warning.

    that final right curve towards the cemetery gates is where I saw an orange orb float down the path with a tracer tail behind it. Swear to god

    @tikikor Well, thank you for taking the time and watching the video actually! Not surprised about the drunk, as there's always signs of "parties" or alcohol consumption on the grounds. We've been there a few times, to only find empty bottles of beer scattered around -- and died down fires (unfortunately.) The flickering of lights could possibly come from the highway -- as it's right next to the cemetery itself. Either way, we're glad you came by and got to see the place too! Thank you very much!

    Been there many times. Never had any overly impressive experiences.
    Did leave a small stuffed animal on the infant daughter's grave stone. I think it's sad that morons have trashed the place.
    Its a cemetery... not a party zone.

    • @egghosthunters
      @egghosthunters  8 лет назад

      SUPER REPUBLICAN it is really sad; we frequent this place and continuously find garbage, and people who treat this cemetery with out respect. Thank you for watching!

      The Dead Will Walk The Earth
      The whole damned place should be moved to a local cemetery where the graves can finally have a place of respect and peace.

    • @egghosthunters
      @egghosthunters  8 лет назад

      SUPER REPUBLICAN From what I have read, a lot of the dead have been relocated to other cemeteries; we could only know why, since there has been so much activity, it seems that the families wanted more -- peace. I do not blame them; though not a bad suggestion, either.

    Idk, I actually liked the walk toward it and glad that you included it. My mom used to take us kids to McDonald's, then we would drive there(Old Tpk. was stll open). We would drive right up to the cemetery and have lunch there.

    WOW ! I have never see it like that, I guess I have always seen the cleaned up version, well the last thing I found was if you pause again at 5:57-59 near the top of your screen between the tree and the fence you may see a transparent orange colored image of a face of a creature you see the eyes and if you happen to locate it the mouth is the face of a child - weirdness abounds !

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  11 лет назад

    It is definitely a walk to get in. Only because this was once the Midlothian turnpike. The road that was once there is now crumbled up, so it is quite the walk in. But, it's definitely worth a trip to get in and look around!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  11 лет назад

    PA has a lot of interesting ghost lore and folklore as well. Wouldn't mind visiting there one day, too. Thank you for stopping by and checking out our video!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  14 лет назад

    @TheJunior1018 We're sorry to hear that, and we thank you for the viewing of our video. The best thing to do is to continuously go back; nothing could happen the first time you visit, which is why it's best to investigate or visit a haunted location often. As for the house, lot's of people talk of it -- few do see it -- it's just a "disappearing" house.

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  14 лет назад

    @MrXtremie First of all, thank you for watching our video--really thank you! It's illegal because it's still part of the Rubio Forest Preserve, and the law states that you cannot be in there after sunset. That's probably one of the smallest factors on why it's illegal, but it's also a cemetery and has a big reputation of it's "problems" in the past with trespassing etc. You can still visit during the day though & possibly sneak in. Be weary of police though, they constantly stake the place out.

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @JDPublicEnemyNo1 We apologize about not getting a hold of you ahead of time -- but school has been killing us (graduations and such.) But, Bachelors Grove Cemetery is located in Midlothian, Illinois (right by Cicero) and it's on the outskirts of the Chicagoland area -- in the south suburbs. Great place to visit during the day -- don't do it at night (unless you have permission.) Thank you so so much for watching!

  • @egghosthunters

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @LynxCoding Definitely understand why you said that, we tried it once and got into trouble, and it looked very ominous due to fog settling over the path -- like something out of an old universal monster movie -- screw that ha ha. But seriously, thank you for watching and commenting! Appreciate it very much, and we hope you enjoy our videos!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @kd4adv Thought that was kind of odd too, there's definitely more than one -- there's a few roads in the US that have the same name(s) too actually. Weird I know, but this one is a little tricky to spot at first -- it's on 135th street or something like that (the cross streets if I remember.) But thank you for watching -- we appreciate this very much!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  14 лет назад

    @tregnier279 Thank you for watching; yes you're right, and some of the bodies were found in the pond too actually -- along with grave robing (which has made some of the families move bodies) as well as grave markers too. I believe now there are less than 20, after visiting there last week -- I think there are definitely less now.

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @TulkorHAOMARUSH That is very strange, I know that when there's fog, it's typically because of cold air hitting warm air. Usually the trees give off a cold at night (they're busy absorbing heat and such during the day,) so that could be where the fog came from. Either way, there have been reports of mist like fogs near the path away from the pond too -- thank you for watching and sharing your experience with us!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  11 лет назад

    That's so unfortunate. The only time we went out there at night, was when a police officer escorted us there. Glad you didn't get in trouble; I've heard of fines being incredibly high for trespassing there. Visit our new website for pictures and stories from this cemetery! Thanks for commenting and stopping by!

    @roses130 There are truths to that sense, they could possibly follow you home etc. but as long as you respect the place and don't try to do anything obnoxious -- I'm sure nothing will happen. I myself have been there dozens and dozens of times and haven't had anything happen -- you'll be fine! Thank you so much for watching!

    @stanleycupchamps2009 Ha ha, it's really not that bad, and it's legal to go in during the day time. It's always really neat going in the October/November months because of the way the cemetery looks. Do visit it some time -- you'll like the experience! Thank you for watching!

  • @egghosthunters

    @mary312008 Yes, you are right, although I've just heard about Gangsters in general -- dropping them off (and Al Capone's henchmen.) Although I don't doubt that Capone literally did -- it's the fact of knowing that bodies were dropped off in the pond (from the cemetery and from outside of it in general.) Thank you for comment and for watching!!!

    @ChiakiMew That's wonderful to hear! I've taken one paranormal psychology course that was offered at DePaul university not too far back -- and it was actually a fun experience. @JDPublicEnemyNo1 I did look the place up -- it does have a good reputation actually. I didn't see any videos on youtube about it though? @TulkorHAOMARUSH We've done the same thing with a group of friends; it was kind of like a cliche 40's horror film with which looked like ominous fog and mist surrounding the path, and that's when we got caught going in there. We also had a police escort in there once, and did get a chance to go in at night legally -- a great experience indeed. Thank you again for the comment and for watching!

    @metallicaboy123 You're right, it is legal to be in there, but I'm assuming the "eerie" things that happen there -- happen mostly at night. Although, stuff during the day has happened to us. We'll make a video soon posting some of our photos -- thank you for stopping by!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @supobostarman Well, thank you for at least watching our video, we do appreciate it very much. We've been there dozens and dozens of times (even had a police escort with us once,) and our "fun" moments. By no means, are we professional, and we're not "kids" as you put it. Simply put, we like visiting alleged "haunted" locations in and around the Chicagoland area. We visited four places that day, and this was the video we made of one of them. Thank you for watching again though!

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  14 лет назад

    @Zeldadude17 Certain times/days we went it did; when you go there in the early hours, especially in November -- it feels very eerie -- which is ironically when we made this video. On top of that, we caught a few things in our pictures that we cannot explain either. We've gone there when it's been busy with people visiting and nothing "off" was felt; it's just best to go with a very small group when it's not very active with other visitors.

  • @egghosthunters
    @egghosthunters  13 лет назад

    @ElsieNow Definitely, and a lot of it has to do with location, accounts, stories, and many historical information related to this place -- try going in at night ha ha. We went with a police officer and he wouldn't even go in -- he stood outside the gate while we walked around. Thank you for the comment and watching the video, we really do appreciate everyone's comments and opinions!

    @warheart454 Bachelors Grove Cemetery is located on 143rd Street in Midlothian, Illinois. If you live in the northwest suburbs like us, it takes a good hour or so to get there. @jspont2uz3 First off, thank you for viewing our video -- we appreciate the support so much! Second, what I was told (and shown) was that if there were ANY evidence of a house being there at one point -- to follow the path (past the cemetery, the road ends but a dirt path continues in it's place) and cross the creek to the other side. There, you will find up the small hill wells and dug holes in the ground (apparently wells from what we were told.) Hope this helps!

    Going in at night is technically illegal (and a ways walk from wherever you might park your car) so the chances of a cop stopping you walking down these streets is very probable.
    We went at night...and somehow got to this trail exactly at 3am. And of course there was a mist shrouding the ground and none of us thought to bring a flashlight. It was extremely bizarre. At night it feels as if the trees really swallow the path. Haunted or not...this place fucks with your mind.

    @rheinmetall30mm Definitely, which is why we like to visit this place as much as we can. We usually meet some interesting people when we go, and we usually have a lot of fun in the process. Anyone who lives in the Chicagoland area (or Chicago) Should definitely make a trip here.

    Funny you mention that; we've been down archer ave. many times. We did see her one night -- and we almost lost control of our car. No kidding though -- I personally wrote a story on our website about the unforgettable experience. This summer we're going back and video taping some of the most haunted places in Chicagoland! Check our youtube channel back this coming summer!

    @RobRob94 Thank you for noticing! We've had a few people tell us that from seeing the video too; we didn't even notice on our hard, raw file, of the skull coming in until someone on youtube saw it -- great catch!

    @jordynbrower Thank you for the comment, and for watching our video(s)! We're trying to film a few more places this year, and we'll try and put up more videos like this one so that you guys can enjoy these a lot more -- really -- thank you!

    @LINX29X92 It is impossible to get in there at night; usually the place is very guarded by police. Suggestion we might make, is to park some where close by (preferably not the neighborhoods) and walk through the woods to avoid being seen by police. I've heard of people "sneaking" in that way. Not sure about this house that let's people park at either; a cop brought us there at night once -- so that was a pretty cool story to tell.

    @evilpoptart01 Well thank you for the kind words, but it doesn't take much -- I'm sure you can do it actually. Don't be afraid to visit historical haunted sites, it's actually a lot of fun and you get scared along the way. Thank you for subscribing and for watching -- we really appreciate it very much!

    @VirgilB01 Well, as many points you made are good -- the subject is always up for debate. I guess you must believe, or see/hear things to believe them. Not to say it isn't impossible for existence of the paranormal -- we'd love hard evidence ourselves, and hopefully our group can help bring that to everyone. We appreciate your comments and for viewing our video, seriously thank you very much.

    Ryan! Suggestion would be to go during the day ONLY, and park your car at the RUBIO FOREST PRESERVE across the street. You can then cross 43rd and walk down the path to get there. Thanks again for viewing our video, Please check out our NEW website if you can, the link is listed in the video description!

    There are many reports of "demon" or just "dogs" guarding the paths of the cemetery. It's been written about; we haven't seen any though. We frequent this place very much -- but haven't encountered that. We've had our friends scared because they saw a little girl in a dress by the pond in the back though.

    Went there three times; just like steveblah5 said "being chilly in certain spots, not others." first time went there we were a group of 7. only me and my other friend heard this certain noise; it sounded like a heavy chain. like..... a shackle really thick heavy chain as if someone was dragging it on a concrete ground or hitting a metal with it. Never saw anything out of the ordinary; we also never saw the disappearing house. but i gotta feeling a 4th visit is shortly coming :D

    @colonydude Ha ha, I can understand that -- the experience must have been unsettling. But at least you got to visit the site -- it's awesome.
