I always enjoy your vids, thank you. I also use a packing cube to keep all my "warm" stuff in case of cooler weather I encounter (including warm riding gloves). Often I don't need to use it, but it is also useful for sleeping in my tent if temperatures drop at night. Best and thank you.
Hey brother I'm laid up after motorcycle accident, healing up at home and I came across your channel and I immediately subscribed. I'm watching your packing for 9-day motorcycle trip from like 11 months ago to get ideas on some upcoming trips for myself. We'll start binge watching your channel just wanted to say thank you for putting out great content and if you're ever in Michigan, you got a brother
Thanks for the video. Seems like if you added another small bag with some additional street clothes you could avoid the time and hassle of dealing with washing the few pieces you do bring.
Having been an infantryman for a long time, wearing the same clothes doesn’t really bother me when on a bike trip. Great advice. I too carry 3 sets of gloves, for the same reasons. Being from Michigan, it can be 40 in the morning and 85 by 1300…
We have a Road Glide Limited and fortunately have just enough room to pack for two on a week trip, which is usually 8-9 days. We do take advantage of the rack on our trunk and take an extra bag which is usually not full or light weight items to keep weight down.
Getting ready for my 10 day trip from Monterey to Chicago on The Mother Road April 25th I'm flying out to pick up the Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer I bought (Their Demo bike,1500 miles on it) and ride her solo all the way home to Elgin Illinois. Yer video pretty much showed me I'm a good packer cause I'm doin what you laid out. Thanks for the video. Mike Payne

Thank so much, I appreciate the kind words. Hope you heal quickly and get back out there!
I always carry at least one extra pair of eyeglasses.

Thanks Craig that's very valuable information.
Have fun Mr Craig,Don't forget to keep hydrated.
Always!
As of the date of this comment the Suited Nomad waterproof packing cubes are back on Amazon, plus a lot of their other stuff..
Thank you ... awesome
All I can say is that you looked sharp and well kept at the hotel 🤣
Happy travels Craig
It was great to get to hang out for a bit!
I use quick dry clothes and they can be washed in the hotel room.
Good overview!
Thanks
👍looks good
Love your videos! Can you tell me the brand of your head shaver? You always look sharp.
Sure it is a Pitbull by Skull Shaver.
Supposedly there is a software update that fixes the cold start issue. I would look into it before heading out. Anyway have a good trip.
I will get that when I do the 10k after the trip.
I am guessing that is pronounced like a suit you wear rather than a suite you stay in. 😁
What head shaver is that? I am getting ready to look into one for trips like that.
It is a Pitbull from Skull Shaver.
Where can we find your check list
I have published different versions over the years, but let me see what I can do when I get home.
💯👍
I think it may be 'Suited' as in wearing a suit.
Yeah...for some reason I just could never get that right...
