🎉I did it. First time soldering to. For anyone that may have problems with soldering, Flux is usually the problem. Or fine some old electronics to practice on. Link to some detailed pictures would have been nice.
Does this still work? The soldering is no problem, like the rapid fire. I'm planning to get my self one But I don't see much information out there About this product
So someone tell me, i dont want to use the touchpad on my paddles but i want to be able to link my L1,L2,R1 & R2 buttons, do i need to do any welding? And some instructions would be nice. I have to buy a controller so should i go for BDM-010/020 or 030
if you are not going to remap toucpad to back paddles, you can skip the soldering. soldering is only required if you are doing to remap touchpad. secondly if also arent doing to remap r1r2r3, l1l2l3 then you dont need to change the ribbon cables either. just attached the ribbon cable with holes under the motherboard put everything back together and attached the end ribbon cable to the slot in the back of the trim they provide and you are done. i only map face buttons so it makes the installation alot simpler as i dont need to open the touchpad or other things.

Hey I’ve done all this all right a) my X button doesn’t work and B) I can’t play ps5 on in inly pc

just don't, you need to solder even when it says no solder needed. waste of $60 and highly mad and annoyed
