Can I ask what the angle on that would be calculated as? I just got a press machine, but it's a laying down one. The decline angle on it is very small. How much of an angle is best?
Push your shoulderblades together, push your butt a bit forward and just try to imagine pressing them together or "bending" it. I've learnt the technique a few weeks ago and I'm having insane chest pump. My pr on this machine is 90kg (198 lbs) atm just because of that technique. So basically, push the frist half and after just "try" to push them together and squeeze hard to make your chest burn.@@hashamrehman1616
@@richbrake9910You probably are a fan of Charles glass.’ So am I. However, Declines don’t work the entire chest. If your definition of an entire chest excludes the upper chest, only then your statement stands valid. I chose to believe entire chest would include all 3 heads, decline in that case won’t be sufficient as per human anatomy. The upper pec fibres align differently compared to middle and lower chest fibres.
@@akshay260992 I would agree declines work the upper chest very little; however, I do believe declines are the best pec exercise. I like Charles Glass, but I also like the late great Doug Brignole, who only did declines and nothing else for chest, and still won the 2019 AAU Universe at age 59! Doug and I both did only inclines for two years, and our upper chest development got worse.
There should be lik a little codebar on every machine that u scan with your phone and then you get little video explaining how to use the machine 😊
That's a really good idea wow .. all gyms should have that
Thanks for this, needed to know where to alight the bars to my chest

honestly all part of chest but lower chest dominant
Thanks!!
Thank you very much 🥳🎆🎇
I believe this machine only targets the middle and clavicle (upper)head of the chest
Declines work the entire chest and is the best exercise for pecs.
