    My naturopath was the one who freaked out at my mercury levels and got me onto chelation straight away. I was on DMSA for 3 months and i couldn’t recognise myself at all. My mind was mush, my body weak, even my personality changed. I was also anemic and it pushed my blood iron level down to a 3! It was horrific. But i pushed through all the terrible symptoms because i was apart of the Andy Cutler protocol and community. Finally I decided enough was enough and stopped chelation. I returned to normal and vowed to let my body remove mercury naturally with mineral support. The Andy cutler group is a straight up cult.. so many people are suffering and brainwashed. Get a second opinion and listen to your body! This a great video promoting the natural way!

      @@LaShandra-cf6xmI removed my mercury fillings. Stopped the chelation. I avoided high Thiol foods for over a year. I reintroduced those foods slowly over 2 years. I took supplements like magnesium, selenium, vit D, C, K2. I drink different herbal teas to support my liver, kidney, gut and lymphs. I went gluten and dairy free as well. Its been 4 years since I was diagnosed, my energy levels and brain fog has improved considerably, it hard to believe what my life was like before.

    Usually those heavy metal toxicity symptoms and the horror stories will be from industrial exposure and very heavy exposure. Chronic low grade exposure is basically impossible to avoid and probably completely normal...a ton of plant food and animals carry some amount of mercury and heavy metals. Going to extremes to get rid of mercury will probably disrupt your homeostasis and may make things worse by depleting other important nutrients.

    Felix, does exercise in a way which produces lot's of sweat selectively eliminate heavy metals or will it eliminate beneficial metals as well?
    I assume even if it eliminated them both it would be a good thing still because getting the healthy metals back in the diet is probably far easier than getting the toxic heavy metals back in because you aren't intentionally consuming them.

    I am just starting a mineral balancing program with a practitioner to adress my heavy metal toxicity according to my hairtest, i did 7 months of chelation and didnt so much and left me with burned out adrenals...i have lots of mineral deficiencies and imbalances even tho i have tried eating as nutrient dense as possible for years, food is just not enough to adress minerals in the body, randomly taking minerals rarely create big changes in detox, mineral balancing can be tricky and complicated so it's best to work with someone who really knows the stuff

      I am searching for a practitioner who is working with hair mineral and vitamin analyses. Could you please give me a advice for a healthcare practionair who is specialised in mineral and vitamin deficiencies preferably in Austria/Vienna but also international ones who is working online. I have heard that "Trace Elements" and "ARL" are one of the best laboratories when it comes to hair mineral testing, so if you could advice a practionair who is working with those Laboratories would be best.

    Selenium is water-soluble how can it detox fatcells where most of mercury is?

    • @felix-harder
      @felix-harder  Год назад +6

      The release of mercury from fat cells isn't actually that difficult, just losing weight would often be enough. Selenium's importance comes afterwards. As stored mercury is released into circulation, selenium-containing enzymes transform mercury into forms that are less harmful and more easily excreted through urine and bile.
