My rankings (based on the lyrics they sang, how long their sections were, my personal opinions on the singers IRL, how well the AI sounded like a human and not a robot, etc.)
7. David Bowie: I like Bowie, but damn his inclusion here sounds like an afterthought given how brief it was. Not to mention the AI clearly wasn’t given enough of his music as it sounds super glitchy.
6. Paul McCartney: Sounded very good, decent voice for the song, but I don’t get why he’s here since he’s still alive IRL. Probably could’ve gone with Frank Sinatra or something.
- This is where it gets hard because I think these are all objectively good.
5. Elvis Presley: Sounds like he was made for this song, sucks that his section was so short.
4. Freddie Mercury: I can actually close my eyes and picture Freddie singing this with the power he had during Live Aid.
3. Chester Bennington: I legit got chills when I first heard his part. His screams are Dragonball levels of sheer power. Though not really sure about him doing the whole song, his raspy voice might be a bit much.
2. Kurt Cobain: I know, I know, I KNOW, I might make some enemies for this. But Kurt sounded extremely fitting. Like Elvis, it genuinely sounds like he was made for this song. But I just had to give it to…
1. Michael Jackson: Literally everything Michael sings is gold. He fits in so many genres and, even in AI form, he sounds like an actual god. No wonder he was in here twice.
