I practise Krija Joga in my amazing Joga class. I see angels they are very real to me. My yoga teacher sees beyond this world and she is expierienced in Krijo Joga. Okay, but what about love? I’ve done Kriyayoga for a long time now. It has done many things for me. But it didn’t make my relationships work. My life is still as lonely as it ever was, even if I’m a little more together. Meditation is great. It increased my energy, gave me more clarity, gave me space on my thoughts. But it hasn’t given me what I need to make love last; the skills & understanding I need in life. I still feel alienated and alone. Surely, there is more to life than this.
My understanding is that Dharma is the teachings that lead to enlightenment. The methods used and practice of good actions and correct motivation. I think Karma roughly translates to action. But more accurately in our language describes cause and effect. Positive actions lead to positive results, negative actions lead to negative results.

@CheesePuff1154 You'd be lucky to erase all of your karma in one lifetime, if that was your issue. But that's not how it works. By doing Kriya you don't just delete your negative karma. You change or transform your negative karma into Divine consciousness. With an increase of this spiritual awareness; your death will be very different. You will have better karma; in that you've become more divine. So its not like "They" won't be able to find your file;-) You will simply enhance your status. 3~HY

Dear Guruji, I have been having kundalini awakening symptoms for a long time now. I have been putting it off due to my poor living habits. I have done Kriya yoga once before. It was possibly the only real yoga session I have had. Afterwards I felt really good and when I went to meditate my palms became intensely hot. That was very eye opening. I only stopped because I lacked purpose and direction. What is the basic goals a neophyte should seek to accomplish. Especially if one lives in an modernized "high-energy" city? The basic goal is to find your own Divinity. Some do give up all meat entirely and some completely eliminate just red meat, while continuing to eat fish and fowl, which is what Yogananda recommended, for those whose could not completely embrace vegetarianism. ॐ

That was very interesting... When i did that practise, relaxed, and tried to breathe the right way, i successed! I saw red face, two closed eyes and mouth. Then i sang "aum" when i saw the face again, and like something good would have happened to that face... After practise i felt much more normal. How much are the ideal durations of practises each day?

@mtape1234 You can either workout your karma in action within the material world which can take thousands of lifetimes, or you can remove the karma stored in your chakras via Kryia Yog pranayam. The three main pillars of the technique are Omkar kriya, Shivashakti kriya and Mahamudra. There are more mudras and higher kriyas as well, but get the basics first and all of your efforts will be sustained. No kriya is ever wasted. So get Mahavatar ShivGoraksha Babaji's technique. 3~HY
@tomek92pl Well the extreme Shaivites or Kapalikas, have a similar approach which attempts to destroy all conditions and mental reference points or norms of any kind, in order to break the bonds of maya. But I personally agree with the Buddha. That the middle way, between the two extremes, is the best. There must be a way to disengage from samsara, a viable and powerful technique like kriya yog. IMHO, extremism doesn't seem to be as effective in eradicating one's karma.
@deepeshpakhare Kundalini Kriya Yog is very specifically different from the many techniques referred to as kundalini yoga.The technique that Mahavatar Babaji gave to Lahiri Mahasay in 1861 is Kriya Yog. That is the technique that you want. It is the 3rd step in Patanjali's Eightfold Path, namely Pranayam, which leads the practitioner to spiritual liberation and enlightenment.

There are many siddhis or miraculous powers connected to the Master. Sri Yukteswar defines these in His treatise, "The Holy Science". Sri Yukteswar enumerates 8 specific powers that are natural attributes of a Master, though they seem miraculous to us, being mere mortals. 3~HY
Dear Yogiraja S.S. I have often felt I was a disciple of P. Yogananda, since I first became transfixed by his photo on the cover of the 'Autobiography' 40 yrs ago. I have not taken initiation though, and have trouble sitting each day with "hong-sau" which is a prerequisite. I have only been very deep with meditation of 'hong-sau' 2 times and once it took at least a half hour struggle or more..but I got very deep (and long time as well.) I basically gave up on the technique but will try again with a guided meditation. I feel drawn to your videos, as I know you are genuine. I would like to know would I still be in the lineage of P Yogananda if I took initation from you? I am confused about loyalties perhaps, as I enjoy going to Sunday SRF services and visiting Lake Shrine in CA etc, and feel moved by Yoganand's picture and words. I wonder if your techniques are even more difficult to practice. Thanks for your reply.
Not normally and only in very few special cases which are so rare as to be non-existent. Most of us have had to make the journey in this material reality to physically meet Gurunath in order to get initiated. One must make the effort even though it can be difficult. 3~HY
@LOSTPRATT63 live in the moment by being aware of what you are doing at that moment. Example, drinking water - feel the glass in your hand, the temperature, smooth or patterned glass? Feel the muscles in your arm as your raise the glass to your mouth etc. You can do this in every aspect of your life. It will take some time to habituate, persist and the rewards will be obvious eventually. Thoughts come and thoughts go. Let them come let them go pay little attention to thought itself.
@9SolAnge9 All of the Masters do this to some degree. But we must make the effort as well. Many Christians erroneously believe that all they must do is accept Jesus as their personal savior and everything is done. God helps those who help themselves; we must do some of the work. This is why Kriya Yog was given to the world, so that humanity could accelerate their spiritual evolution and find liberation by dissolving the karma in their chakras located in the sushumnna nadi. 3~HY
earlier yoga was a way of life which got institutionalized and sub divided into many sects/yoga schools towards the same goal. this in turn in someway has divided people and leaders who follow their taught path disregarding the other . sir, why cant we just have one yogic institution and we all together perform worship. could you please clear this doubt ?
I feel like my karma is being cleared moment by moment. If I judge, I am judged, if I am compassion, I recieve compassion. Still good to meditate tho :)

There are more mudras and higher kriyas as well, but get the basics first and all of your efforts will be sustained. No kriya is ever wasted. So get Mahavatar ShivGoraksha Babaji's technique.

@tomek92pl Well the extreme Shaivites or Kapalikas, have a similar approach which attempts to destroy all conditions and mental reference points or norms of any kind, in order to break the bonds of maya. But I personally agree with the Buddha. That the middle way, between the two extremes, is the best.
There must be a way to disengage from samsara, a viable and powerful technique like kriya yog. IMHO, extremism doesn't seem to be as effective in eradicating one's karma.

@deepeshpakhare Kundalini Kriya Yog is very specifically different from the many techniques referred to as kundalini yoga.The technique that Mahavatar Babaji gave to Lahiri Mahasay in 1861 is Kriya Yog. That is the technique that you want. It is the 3rd step in Patanjali's Eightfold Path, namely Pranayam, which leads the practitioner to spiritual liberation and enlightenment.
@smallpotatoes989 Of course; all life is a miracle. But you're probably speaking of healing miracles like instantaneously curing someone of cancer, giving sight to the blind or even raising the dead. There are many siddhis or miraculous powers connected to the Master. Sri Yukteswar defines these in His treatise, "The Holy Science". Sri Yukteswar enumerates 8 specific powers that are natural attributes of a Master, though they seem miraculous to us, being mere mortals.

Dear Yogiraja S.S. I have often felt I was a disciple of P. Yogananda, since I first became transfixed by his photo on the cover of the 'Autobiography' 40 yrs ago. I have not taken initiation though, and have trouble sitting each day with "hong-sau" which is a prerequisite. I have only been very deep with meditation of 'hong-sau' 2 times and once it took at least a half hour struggle or more..but I got very deep (and long time as well.) I basically gave up on the technique but will try again with a guided meditation. I feel drawn to your videos, as I know you are genuine. I would like to know would I still be in the lineage of P Yogananda if I took initation from you? I am confused about loyalties perhaps, as I enjoy going to Sunday SRF services and visiting Lake Shrine in CA etc, and feel moved by Yoganand's picture and words. I wonder if your techniques are even more difficult to practice. Thanks for your reply.

Not normally and only in very few special cases which are so rare as to be non-existent. Most of us have had to make the journey in this material reality to physically meet Gurunath in order to get initiated. One must make the effort even though it can be difficult.

@LOSTPRATT63 live in the moment by being aware of what you are doing at that moment.
Example, drinking water - feel the glass in your hand, the temperature, smooth or patterned glass? Feel the muscles in your arm as your raise the glass to your mouth etc.
You can do this in every aspect of your life. It will take some time to habituate, persist and the rewards will be obvious eventually.
Thoughts come and thoughts go. Let them come let them go pay little attention to thought itself.

@9SolAnge9 All of the Masters do this to some degree. But we must make the effort as well. Many Christians erroneously believe that all they must do is accept Jesus as their personal savior and everything is done. God helps those who help themselves; we must do some of the work. This is why Kriya Yog was given to the world, so that humanity could accelerate their spiritual evolution and find liberation by dissolving the karma in their chakras located in the sushumnna nadi.

earlier yoga was a way of life which got institutionalized and sub divided into many sects/yoga schools towards the same goal. this in turn in someway has divided people and leaders who follow their taught path disregarding the other . sir, why cant we just have one yogic institution and we all together perform worship. could you please clear this doubt ?

I feel like my karma is being cleared moment by moment. If I judge, I am judged, if I am compassion, I recieve compassion. Still good to meditate tho :)

Your pervious comments led me to this video. I see you mention that one needs the guidance of a Guru for guidance in order to practice Kriya Yog.
So without formal assistance one cannot successfully explore the realm of Kriya Yog?

There is no requirement before initiation. Yes Kriya Yog Pranayam will delete all of your negative karma ॐ
You must come and ask this question of Gurunath personally. His answer should be very interesting.
