Very good. I want one. I have had my Foton Tunland for many years now, still going great. I will need to replace it eventually. The XSR looks the goods.
Thanks for sharing. I appreciate that Savage is a partner of the channel but please take this feedback into consideration. Discussing piggyback ECUs without explaining what parameters are being changed to achieve the tune is unprofessional or misleading. Publicising power and torgue figures achieved from such devices without any context will only attract those who have no understanding of these devices, and for those who understand...they will consider the device the same as no name brand chinesium ebay device. I'm not insinuating that Savage are selling "dangerous" ECU piggybacks however I certainly cannot state the opposite without an understanding of how the device achieves a safe custom tune.
All good mate and you raise plenty of good points. But this video is a very simple overview of a great diversity off topics and is in no way a comprehensive focus on any one product. Similarly we didn't discuss any of the specs, dynamics and alternatives for suspension. We didn't;t go into depths on the types, strengths or rope choices for the winches. And there was nothing further on the exhausts, roof racks, lights or any other products. Any customer would be wise ti see this as a general introduction to what Savage offer and would then contact them directly to discuss the finer points of what they offer, how it is supported and what specs, variations and validation is relevant. ECUs as one example should the a stand alone video 😁
I live in the Philippines and I just hope they would last long here. Hiluxes are so damn expensive now. But we do own one. A 2021 model I wanna buy the Gwm cannon as a second Ute / pickup
The problem with the tank 300 is the GVM leaves about 400 kg payload before adding all this clutter to it. With all the mods, bars, racks, tyres you’re probably at gvm. Payload of maybe one small chick driving it 🤷♂️
@@4WDTV well yeah, but you’re driving a fairly large four wheel drive in a tank 300 but cannot take much touring gear and water once you’ve added some hardware. Seems compromised even compared to my landcruiser which is empty at 2.6T due to winch, big wheels, lockers, roof rack, rock sliders, rear bar, spare wheel etc with a limit GVM of 3.0t and I frequently need to check loadings when going away with family. 25 years I’ve been battling to stay under 3 tonnes with two tall large sons. Leaves little space for anything
@@superwag634 it is not much bigger than a Jimny, but yes it is bigger for sure. You are not wrong and they do have a diesel option with a better capacity on the way.
of course you're going to rave about them and not have one bad thing to say, you're whole business is selling products for them i wouldn't own a cheap chinese car after seeing how they are falling apart after around 5 years old nobody wants to work on them, cheap nasty throw away gear
@@coastalprimitive5919 yeah they are built tough, no glass broke on that roll over and we have seen quite a few tipped over with similar results, but the videos do show that the panels got smashed and some had airbags go off. Still, the fact not glass breaks shows how strong the pillars are.
Take a look at our inspection of one of Australia's finest fabrication works here: ruclips.net/video/4ysSluGNt_w/видео.html
Had my cannon for nearly 3 years now, plenty of 4x4 trips. Never one issue. They are built solid.
that they are!!!
😂😂😂
Looks great guys, will be looking forward to seeing this more.🤙

of course but not everyone needs to carry so much load or to tow a huge van. So it is hardly any different from a Jimny for example

Those GWM Utes has the worst front ever.
Gwm , tank, and ldv for punters who cannot afford a decent 4wd
LOL, spoken like a true person who has never driven one. How about for punters who realise you don;t have to be robbed to get decent 4x4 ability?
